New patient, new to the area. Very impressed with the entire dental practice. Everything is state of the art, and office is welcoming and immaculate. Receptionist is very friendly, professional and helpful. Wonderful dental assistant, very professional, thorough and gentle. Dr. Danna conducted a thorough exam and reviewed all areas of concern while developing a treatment plan. I have already recommended this practice to my husband and daughter. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

This was my first visit and it was very pleasant. They do a great job at creating a peaceful environment. The dental assistant was nice and helpful. Dr. Danna was also nice and thorough. He explained what new to be done. No “up-sell”, which I appreciate. They’re my new dental clinic.

As always, my hygienist was amazing! Bonnie is always very thorough, she is caring and takes her time to make sure that she has removed all of my tartar built up. I can tell that this is her passion. She truly has a gift. I am blessed to have the best hygienist!

Bonnie gave me the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever received. I feel like the entire staff are on top of my oral health care. It can be hit or miss when searching for a good dentist and dental hygienist but I found a good one.

I had 2 crowns done as promised. Dr. Otto Herod is very good at what he does and he cares about his patient’s teeth. I am very pleased with the quality of work and I highly recommend Medina Family Dental. His staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Very professional and friendly staff. More thorough exam and X-ray technology than I had with my last dentist. I like the use of texts and emailed treatment plans to run their business. Seems very transparent about up front costs and when they initially said our insurance wasn't in network, worked with us until we discovered the out-of-network benefits were the same for out of network providers! I'm glad I didn't just go looking for another provider.

The amount of care and compensation Medina Family Dental gives is incomparable to any other. Up or downs they were ready and willing to help me. Thank You.

Dr. Otto took really good care of me and walked me through each process to help me understand why and what was going on and what they would have to do to fix it! The service was excellent!! I have just recently moved to the Castroville area and have been to dentist all over the country before moving here. I can honestly say that my visits to Medina Family Dental have been extremely pleasant. I felt like the staff really cared about from the moment I first walked into the office. I felt like they were not only nice but they treated me like someone who has been with them for years. I’ve been going to Dr Danna since I was 9 years old. I took my 15 month old son to see them today and I was very happy. As a first time mom, these new things are nerve-wracking and Dr Danna, Bonnie and the rest of the staff made it so much easier. So very grateful for everyone here.
