Baby G's Cafe is our new favorite in Castroville! The food is always fresh and worth the wait! As soon as you walk in the doors you are treated like family. My favorite is the hamburger but everything we have tried has been amazing! French toast is also delicious. I am happy we found this Cafe and love to support Family owned business! Keep up the great work!

This Mom and Pop Cafe is a must stop for sensational food!!! My wife is a huge fan of the chicken enchiladas; I love the beef enchiladas. The chips are fresh and the salsa is superb. For breakfast, I highly recommend the french toast!!! Tonight, my wife had the pepper steak--she said it is to die for!! Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Baby G's!!!!!

Man! The food is delicious! I got the French toast plate and my brother got the street tacos. Let me tell you... The French toast was so amazing I didn't even put syrup on them. A small family run restaurant with made to order food. You can tell there was some love put into the dishes. Definitely going back

Best food in Castroville, hands down. Breakfast tacos are monstrous! Crispy beef tacos are superior to any other place in town. Burgers are to die for. That's just the food. Everything is made to order, so food comes fresh, but we have to wait a bit for process of perfection. Staff is super friendly and make you feel like an invited guest. My favorite place to eat in Medina county!

I love this place. Reasonably priced, military/first responder discounts, very family friendly. With the whole COVID/no school thing, their kids are here and they’re so cute helping out. The two younger girls love to hang out with me and my 2 yr old when we visit. The food is fantastic. This is why I love small towns, I know I’m spending my money at a small family owned restaurant and it’s supporting this wonderful family and their dream.

Baby Gs has the best tacos and French toast! Never been disappointed and they have outstanding customer service. I drive 25-30 minutes just to eat their breakfast and it’s 100% worth it! Will continue to business here for sure!

Family run and phenomenal. I only rated this 5 stars as 11 wasn’t an option. Today was our first time here and within a minute of walking in it felt like we were home. So very welcoming, I almost posted this review before we even ordered. I’m glad I waited because the food was equal to the service. Freshly prepared per order so it is a little bit of a wait but we’ll worth it. It is absolutely one of our favorites already!!

Amazing FOOD! We were here on a brief visit to Castroville and got hungry for some breakfast, found this place on google and were not disappointed! I ordered the street tacos and man oh man best tacos i ever had, pork topped with cilantro, onions and queso fresco really really good, perfectly made and ive eaten a lot of tacos lol. My family got the french toast and the chilaquiles which they also loved. Very family oriented environment and great customer service, it was a little bit of a wait but we were told that everything is made fresh, and it was surely worth the wait. The chef even popped out to check on us haha. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

A little Mom and Pop business in Castroville that you'll be sorry you passed by. Went in today for the Eggplant Lasagna Special. It was totally AWESOME!!! Haven't had such a satisfying meal in quite some time. So glad we decided to go. The Crockpot Spot was Potato Soup. Free when you dine-in. It was right on target. Very delicious. We will definitely be returning very soon. Can't wait to see what the Special of the Day is next time we visit.

Amazing! Little hole in the wall that had incredible food! We had migas and French toast. You didn’t even need syrup for the French toast! And the migas were prepared correctly, no soggy corn chips like a lot of places. Everyone was super friendly. We will definitely be back! Thanks

This small cafe has “BIG”amazing food . You have to try the French Toast; I’ve never had French Toast that taste this good. You don’t even need the syrup. Tonight we ate the chicken fried steak. Delicious !!!! Huge portions. I took half home You have to try this place

I came today to sample the different items on the menu to see what I like better and boy I was not disappointed!!! Andy and Karen do an amazing job with the flavors and quality of the food.
The carne guisada was real tender and the seasoning outstanding, couldn't decide what I liked better, the pico de gallo, barbacoa, enchiladas, sausage, tacos or rice and beans...I voted EVERYTHING!!!
Highly recommend everyone to come by and visit with Andy and Karens family oriented restaurant. Don't forget to try the green salsa, it's outstanding.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! Best Mexican food I have had in SA!!! Family owned and operated for sure!! And their pancakes were amazing!!!! EVERYTHING was SOOOO good. Definitely coming back!
