Franklin Veterinary Clinic and their staff members are amazing. We have been somewhat unlucky when it comes to "what else can go wrong" with our pets. Franklin Veterinary Clinic has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout every step of our journey. We literally do not know what we would do without them.
Grateful is an understatement.

I had a very difficult decision to make today . Dr Wesley is my Vet. He is the most caring and compassionate Vet I have ever had. I thank him for the opportunity to have him taking care of my pets. Alice his technician who assisted, was incredibly and truly compassionate also. To all the staff thank you I know you loved Zen too.

ADDENDUM: I had a wonderful conversation with a vet and I now want to change my review with 5 stars and a renewed confidence and compassion in and for Franklin Veterinary Clinic. Communication is the key to most issues. Should I have another issue, I will communicate it directly to the staff instead of to Google.

I've been seeing veterinarians at Franklin Veterinary Clinic since 2001. I called recently telling unknown receptionist my dog had a blaring ear infection. Sure, we can see your dog in 12 days she says. My reply is that unacceptable. The vets know me, they'll trust me with medicine and my dog cannot live in an infected state till you can see him. They did ultimately give me the meds and he healed before the date he was to be seen.
Another call with a suspected ACL Tear- sure come in 13 days. Seriously? 13 days ? They always had time to see me for urgent matters. In 2023 I noticed a huge change. No longer does the front desk know who you're calling about and this unknown person makesa judgment call based on availability rather than urgency of matter. What has happened to your compassionate practice Dr. Castillo?

Please tell me why you don't leave room in your schedule for urgent visits? My mechanic is more accessible than you are. Please tell me that is wrong.

The staff here is fantastic. They are very thorough and take time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dan Castillo is an incredibly compassionate veterinarian, human being, and man. It is my honor to know him as a customer through the entirety of his tenure at Franklin Veterinary Clinic. We've had two dogs that were his patients and it was our privilege and good fortune that Dan took over a practice where we'd been going. We've lived in the area for 36 years.

He truly cares about the animals and he volunteers every year attending to animals in Dominican Republic. If you've not read his book, you should. It explains how he became who he is in all respects and it is incredibly honest - a quality all but lost in today's world of "fake it till ya make it". This is a rare person in our community and we should be thankful that he's here. We soon will be ready for another dog, but not just yet but as soon as we do, Franklin Veterinary Clinic will be our medical advisor and place!

I have had great experiences with the team at Franklin Veterinary Clinic since I’ve started bringing my pets their about two years ago. They take the time to make you and your pets feel at ease, fully explain the situation regarding your pet, and treat you and your furry friend with respect. As a Guinea pig owner, I know from experience that small animal care can be hard to find. I especially appreciate Dr. Castillo, who is very knowledgeable and shows that he values and cares about small pets. You can trust the Franklin team to show your pets love and the highest level of care.

We moved to the area. We needed a veterinarian. We have been there twice. Loved how clean the place is. Dr Gray is the best. She is taking care of our one-eyed 16 year old cat. Definitely would recommend it.

Dr. Dan Castillo and the staff at Franklin Vet have always been so caring and compassionate about our pets over the past 23 years. We recently suffered a significant loss and they truly helped us thru this difficult time. I'm thankful to have such a great resource and support system from Franklin Veterinary Clinic. My family wishes to thank them in loving memory of Sophie.

Together for over 20 years now. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Their compassion when john brought Anna in for her "Last visit, is why I still bring three other pets there. To bad 5 stars is all we can give them.🙋

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Franklin Vet. Anytime I need something for my dog they immediately get us in. They are helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and make every experience less stressful. They are reasonably priced and go out of their way for every pet. Highly highly recommend!

We have taken our pets to the Franklin veterinary clinic for years. Dr. Castillo Is a exceptional. All of the doctors are very good. The staff is the staff is interactive and extremely professional. I would never consider taking our pets anywhere else.

Great staff who are very knowledgeable and love animals! We brought our ferrets in with adrenal issues and Dr. Castillo knew exactly what we needed to do to help get them back to their old selves. Everyone there is so friendly and the costs for vet visits are pretty reasonable. If you're looking for a new vet in the area this is the place!

Love this Vet Clinic. Everyone is always friendly, kind and most helpful. The vet services are wonderful, they are very through, and caring with my cat. Monkey, my cat is very scared when we go to the vets. The staff understands, they are wonderful with him. I have a hip problem and they are very kind and take my cat out of my car into the office. They also carry any food I need to purchase to my car. I very much appreciate all they do.

Franklin Vet took care of my cat Callie for 10 years. They were kind, gentle and caring when she developed cancer. Highly recommended.

Had to take my grandsons dog for an operation they were very caring.

Felt Veterinarian and Techs were all very friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with my pet. The price was much lower than my previous Vet clinic and I was able to get an appointment in a very short period of time.
