The night manager is the best! He always lets me know when my favorite lucky charms cereal is in stock… yum. The daytime people are cool too , I just really don’t go there much during the daytime. They always have what I’m looking for in stock & even things I wasn’t … lol plus as a bonus the evening pharmacist is really nice & helpful as well. Plus Sarah is the Best! She’s the very definition of Customer Service

This is the best cvs around in Metrowest area. Very good and helpful pharmacy associates. The other cvs in Franklin (near BJs) needs staff and training for customer service. The pharmacy here is well run and the associate are very caring. By mistake I waited in the other cvs. Even though I was late here, they helped me right away. I will come this cvs in the future. I filled an online survey by mistake when I was waiting in the other cvs in Franklin.

My favorite CVS. Always dependable with good, friendly staff. They opened a new one closer to my house. But, I'm loyal to this one!!

I enjoy shopping hear. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are eager to answer any of your questions.

I rushed to the East Central Street store at 3:30 AM to grab whatever the strongest cough medicine was to kill a very painful dry cough I was having. I asked the lady at the pharmacy where the Robitussin was. She came out from behind the counter and offered me a cheaper, store brand option that did the trick! Now that's going the extra mile for a customer.

24 Hours..Employees & Pharmacy are great!! I bet everyone of those people still go to a CVS though.

Although it’s busy just like any other CVS but I found everyone here friendly and quick.

Like to say THANKYOU TO APRIL IN THE PHARMCY BEN ASWELL ALONG WITH JENNA THAT WORKS @ THE FRONT THEY ARE ALL OUTSTANDING THEY WILL HELP WITH ANYTHING YOU NEED THEY RESOLVE ANY ISSUE EVEN IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY YOU COULD WALK INN AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE ASMILE ON THERE FACE THEY MEET YOU GREET YOU JUST LOST FOR WORDS.
