Wow. We were blown away at the level of customer service and professionalism that Kurt provided us with. We reside in the DFW area. The truck we wanted was in Tyler, TX, so we hopped on a flight. Kurt volunteered to pick us up from the airport, AND he stayed later after closing hours. Since we purchased the vehicle when it was dark, a few items were overlooked by us. Kurt gave us his direct cell number and suggested we call if we needed. That following morning, we noticed a few issues. My husband reached out to Kurt, and he made arrangements to have our concerns addressed at their other location here in Carrollton.
