Life Changing Fitness

LCF has been wonderful for me! Trainers and staff very helpful and encouraging. Classes daily or you can do it alone, someone is always watching to make sure you are using machines and doing exercises correctly! Enjoyable fun atmosphere! Highly recommend this gym for all age groups you will be pleasantly surprised!

This is an amazing gym! I go here when I'm home from college during the summer and winter. I thoroughly enjoy it, especially the staff. Everyone on staff is incredibly nice and so willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend Life Changing Fitness for your gym needs!!

Great gym! My wife an I were in Tyler for a week from AZ and the folks at LCF hooked us up! Great place to work out. Clean, well kept facility, great equipment plus plenty of open space for your conditioning and plyo workouts, and a couple of heavy bags so I could even get my boxing workout in. Thanks guys!

LCF has been awesome to me. Their trainers and staff are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If you are looking for a professional and clean facility LCF is it! Highly recommend.

While attending another function in Tyler, I scheduled & attended one of their classes in order to stay on track with my fitness. I have to say that everyone was very helpful and supportive -- especially when it came time for me to use New to me equipment (TRX). Taylor Ball is an awesome and energetic leader. I will definitely attend another class at LCF when I'm in Tyler again. Truly no judgment from anyone here. All participants were amazing.

The hard working staff at LCF are fantastic! The gym is perfect for beginners to trained athletes. All the trainers at LCF are there for you and cater to individual needs. Thank to all at LCF for changing me.

This place is amazing. I discovered this hidden gem-gym after doing some physical therapy for sciatica. I haven't found this comfortable of a work-out environment since TAMUC. There is some amazing technology turned fitness here!
