Tink A Tako 7

We stopped and picked up tacos using the drive through on our way to Garner State Park. The restaurant is right off the highway as you make your way into town with the drive through in the back of the shopping center. Service was reasonably quick considering there were two cars ahead of us. We were offered different choices of chili, the tortilla were freshly make, and the tacos were good size. There was no skimping on the filling and the lemonade was really good.

My hubby and I visited this restaurant a month ago and I kept forgetting to do a review.
Very impressed with the fantastic customer service and the Manager was working cleaning tables with her staff! Our waitress was kind, helpful and quick. It was poetry in motion!
If you get a chance to visit, do it! Clean too!

For a small town taqueria, they have excellent customer service, delicious and authentic cuisine, plus a clean and welcoming interior! There can be a wait time during prime breakfast taco hours, but not longer than one expects during a peak time at any restaurant! The prices have jumped because of the pandemic, but the flavor is worth it!

It's good but today was not.
1. Are order took long. Other ppl ate before us.
2. Our tacos were cold and not cooked how we like them.
3. Never came to our table to see if we needed anything else.
We never had this problem.

Can i just take a moment to say How Really awesome the experience I just had was? So, i called in The order, and the person that answered was very friendly and even repeated it back to me to make sure It was correct. Not only that, but when i arrived she double checked the entire order to make sure it was complete before i left. the tacos were delicious but the Experience is what will make me come back to this location. her name is in this review, and she really deserves kudos for being the friendliest person i've ever met at a restaurant! thank you!

Upon arriving it was clear that their customer service is very welcoming as you enter. As we sat down and felt very comfortable with the familiar menu, but shockingly the superiority of the quality of the food was above par (minus a slight discrepancy which was immediately corrected). My spouse enjoyed the Supreme Nachos (beef fajita) and they were quite tasty compared to Sandra's on Potranco Rd and the Tink-a-Tako on Culebra Rd. I ordered the barbacoa taco with cilantro and onion with a side of guacamole and a Carne Gusiada with cheese. The barbacoa was ultimately astoundingly rich in flavor, texture, and with all the ingredients, I have decided this is my go to for great barbacoa. When I opened up the Carne Gusiada There were four chunks of meat in there and moderate gravy and a decent amount of cheese. After I shredded the four chunks of meat it made a very decent sized taco. The taste was perfect and well balanced also to note that the overall tenderness was moist and was well prepared. There was a mention that the truck just came in and that the food was fresh off the truck, so to speak. Overall great staff, delicious food, and excellent customer service! Keep up the good work.

This place is sooo good! Full of flavor! I love this place, they are my go to for breakfast. Wish they were open for dinner because mmm mmm mmm!
The customer service is great as well. Friendly and clean. It does get busy, and you have to seat yourself, which is sometimes difficult.

Passing through here from Garner State Park and good food and service! I’m glad we took a chance on this spot on our way back home! Next time we are in town we will def stop by and this time get there early enough to try their breakfast!

It's a weekend morning drive we make into Castroville from San Antonio even if their's a line. The lemonade is my son's favorite because it's not tart like other places. My favorite are the bean & chorizo tacos! There's nothing on the menu I don't like.

Been eating Tink a Tako for over 20 years.. Not this location but they're always great! Cook to order! Fresh flour tortillas, and the best huevos rancheros plate.. imho

It's not Tink A Tako it's actually Sandra's. I love Sandra's it always has a mazing food for a great price and the staff are friendly at each location. If you haven't tried the food here you are missing out. Come and try Sandra's it's addicting ...

I really enjoyed the food here. We had breakfast, wish I'd have taken a picture but I showed that plate no mercy. The potatoes were the best.

It's our friendly local place to go. Always good service and meals are hot and fresh. Heuvos Rancheros is my go to breakfast. We go at least 3 to 4 times a month.

We had a big group and yet they still provided great customer service. The food was hot an fresh and I really appreciate it, thank you for the great experience! 👍

SUPER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It has recently began transferring to the Name Sandra's. Food is good but I always getbgreeted with a smile and I always leave with one too.

Absolutely wonderful. Everytime we come I get the chicken tortilla soup and I have never been dissatisfied.

Very good food at very affordable prices. Their carne guisada tacos, huevos rancheros and caldo are the best I've ever eaten. Extremely friendly service.

Castroville tink a taco was good. Very clean and they had friendly people. Chiliquiles were good and tacos too. Good tortillas.
