Thanks to the guys at Tesla for taking care of me and my car this week. They went the extra mile and were helpful in understanding our situation. Shout out to Chris…you rock! I really appreciate your customer service and support.

I received 5 Star Top Drawer service today from this service center. My satisfaction with Chris is beyond words. He was attentive in answering my many questions and very patient and professional. I hope Chris sees this review and recognizes how much I appreciate all that he did.

Cody and Gonzo were both very friendly and helped us understand both the mobile options (they come to wherever you are, at no extra cost!) and their full shop right here in Tyler which can handle anything needed. They also offer test drives in the Model 3, the Model S and Model X... all awesome vehicles... we have an X and an S already. We put 30,000 miles on the S this past year and love the car.

January 2021: So happy with the service center!! They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and did it in a timely fashion. Super prompt with responses in the app and did a great job. Just so happy with my experience, especially after hearing about other people's issues with Tesla service in other areas.

Edit July 2021: just had another experience with them, did a great job getting me quick mobile service. It helped me out a LOT. Thank you to Josh and his team!

I bought a Tesla last June despite being on forums filled with people who talk about their negative experiences with other Tesla service centers. I can honestly say that I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences with the Tyler service center- especially with the mobile service tech Cody. They offer mobile service at your location (tire rotations for me) and always go above and beyond to make sure I have a the very best service experience. Thank you!

It was great. The guys showing the cars genuinely love the cars, and are knowledgeable. I think it takes some of the pressure off that there is no pressure to buy or sell the car.

Came in for some miscellaneous things, got sorted out very quick, and they took care of me well through out the whole thing. Also, great communications from the advisors and the manager.

Made service appointment Sunday afternoon thru APP and new windshield was installed less than 24 hours later.

After I placed an order, Celeste contacted me and has stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. She's been PHENOMENAL! She's answered every single question I've had. If she didn't know the answer immediately, she quickly found out and got right back to me.
Always answers quickly and clearly. She's made the entire process completely stress-free.
If you order a Tesla (which I recommend), pray that Celeste is the advisor that helps you.

Have talked to Cody and Gonzo so far. They are both great. Do their best to take care of you. Love my Model 3. No regrets and never going back to ICE.

This location is Top Notch! Kyle rocks! He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and I could be more satisfied. If you are considering a Tesla, start here! Even if you have to drive hours to get here. You will not be disappointed.

Kyle was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very personable. We got to drive for about 30 minutes in a Model Y. Now, if I can get my wife on board...

Emailed me for a free Tesla test drive, previously a 2 year wait and a 5k down payment on your future car was required. The show room is a bit sparse, but it's still a work in progress and the fact that you can even buy a tesla in Tyler now is astounding.

Great test-drive experience, even better than the Model S test drive I did a few years ago at the Cedar Springs service center. Went home and ordered another Tesla afterwards!
