Went there to have a battery installed in my Camero which in the trunk an very hard to get to but the guys where very professional about taking the floor an side.panels out of trunk an putting in a new battery, they have also installed battery in my GMC Denali pick up as It is more complicated cause all the electronics, battery price is fair but not cheap but there install price is a fair price as well,waS well pleased

Very impressive service as they had an issue with one terminal. Stayed with it and I was really impressed and satisfied.

Unfortunately my AGM batteries were prematurely worn due to me not knowing to switch my inverter to gel cell when I had installed them. The guys at Intrastate in Tyler also made me a new jumper cable. I anticipate years of dependable use from my new wet cells now that I have a better understanding of how to maintain them. Thanks Interstate.

Best place in town for batteries. They have hard to find products. Search all over town, but you'll still come back to interstate. The guys were very helpful and found me exactly what I needed.

They were very helpful in getting what I thought was a bad battery, recharged and reconditioned. They also told me what to look for that may have caused the battery to go down to just 2 volts in the first place. They then offered to have me bring the car by to see if the alternator was recharging the battery. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and did it with a smile.

Love the people that work there . Don't remember the names but they are always pleasant and up beat Very knowledgeable and helpful with any problem you may have Just enjoy going in to a clean store with helpful people

The battery in my Honda CR-V wasn't holding a charge, and I didn't feel like waiting at Firestone for 2+ hours (how long it took to put the current dead battery in). The man and woman (sorry, didn't get their names) were SUPER helpful, super polite, and made the whole process painless! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I will DEFINITELY be bringing my business, and anyone else's business who will let me brag, back to this Interstate exclusively! 🥰

I never knew buying a battery could be so satisfying! Stevie and Christian tested my old car battery and installed a new one, explaining warranty info and all aspects of battery usage. They were genuinely pleasant, cheerful and informative. A terrific place with fair prices!

They had the battery for my 69 vw

We needed deep cycle batteries for our coach and anyone who knows Motorhomes is aware you can’t just go anywhere to get them. Since we travel all the time, we needed a place we could call and order the batteries then pick them up as we drove through. Interstate Battery was the answer. Stevie was wonderful. She knew exactly what we needed. She told us she would call her distributor and let us know if she could get them by the time we came through Tyler. She called back right away, had the batteries ordered and gave us a date they would arrive at the store. Then she called us when they arrived just to let us know everything was on schedule. When we arrived at the store everything was perfect. They had a young man help my husband take them to the rig and they changed them out right in the lot. Thank you everyone for making this work out so well. 😁

I went there to buy my grandson a battery for his Ag project. Most retail stores were closed but Interstate was open and supplied the correct battery at the right time. Great job!

Interstate Batteries on Troup Highway is my spot for batteries and lights. I am a part of the battery club where I get discounts on batteries. They have a great staff. Scott is the coolest. He has helped me replaced many of my watch batteries, and helped me find a V20 battery for my shop vacuum. He is one awesome dude. I am very pleased with the service & staff at Interstate Batteries.

Customer service was outstanding! They took care of me on a bad battery I bought at a different Interstate Battery store. The other store sold made the wrong size battery. They tested my battery and called me the next day to let me know it was defective. They gave me credit for my new battery. They went above and beyond to take care of me!!!

Scott explained the capability’s and advantages of the boat battery I boat. He also took a look at the battery in my truck and made suggestions about replacing it. Very knowledgeable.

The associate knew exactly the battery I needed and immediately offered to check the garage door opener for corrosion. He was super helpful.

I love coming here for every battery need not to mention some cool accessories. Jeremy, the store manager, is also very kind and friendly and is always a pleasure to do business with. For these reasons, I won't go anywhere else!

I can ALWAYS find the battery I need. Jeremy and Stevie and the rest of the crew are always very helpful and take care of me whether its a car battery, trailer battery, watch battery or a new battery for a car key fob.....they always come through!!

The associate took the time to find me a clearance battery for my deer feeder fully charged, for 14.99 that way I saved 20.00 I appreciated that.
