They do car inspections! They are an organized store, respectful and cordial to the customer.

I just stopped by after going to "the other place" and they set me right up! The other place told me I would have to take it in to a dealership and this place replaced a fuse for me! Awesome customer service!

When I needed an adaptor plug for my crew NAPA was well stocked and helpful.

I enjoy Shopping at local businesses and especially family owned and operated versus going to a big Box store it's nice to keep my money local and to support family businesses :) The staff is always pleasant the store is clean. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me out with my automotive needs.

I am very impressed with the service I got from Jason. He took care of me and personally helped me change my hose. not many people out there care for each other so I'm glad there is still good people like him.

Michael was able to order my part that was not in stock, got it the very next day.

Went in for an inspection. Only charged the flat state $7 fee. In and out without issues. Maybe 10 minutes total time. Very courteous service staff. Most importantly, by the time I got home my inspection results had been uploaded and I was able to renew online without issues.

Went to get price on a part. The guy behind the counter was super nice and knowledge. Didn't feel pressured to take my vehicle there if I needed repairs but he was correct in asking me to check a few things out first. Man what a winner. Wish I got his name cause I only needed power steering fluid and he didn't make me feel stupid when he suggested I check it

The people were respectful. A employee by the name of Jason is a real keeper, he has good people skills. He was very helpful on the parts I purchased and rented a feul pump kit to reinstall my part they even had both downstream os2 sensor's. Other places just had one.
Thank you NAPA employees, and a special kudos goes to Jason for being so helpful and friendly. NAPA is Lucky to have someone like you.

A local favorite for many years. Repair prices can be steep but you can trust the service. Parts staff are always friendly.

I needed a tail light socket for my RV . After looking at picture he found one on shelve and it works.

The guys working the counter are knowledgeable and are willing to do a little research to get the parts right.
