Edwin Watts Golf

I recently visited Edwin Watts to purchase the newest Golf driver, but I was pleasantly surprised by the honest and customer-oriented service I received. The staff here genuinely care about their customers and prioritize their needs over making a quick sale.

Upon discussing my requirements with the knowledgeable staff, they took the time to understand my golfing style and skill level. To my surprise, they informed me that the newest Golf driver might not be the best fit for me. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended my current driver would be more suitable for my game.

I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity in guiding me towards the right purchase. Their expertise and willingness to prioritize customer satisfaction sets them apart from other places. It's refreshing to encounter a business that values long-term customer relationships over short-term gains.

In addition to their honest approach, the staff members were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The overall experience was exceptional, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase.

Just picked up a new set of custom fit irons. The store Manager, Justin spent a couple hours of quality time with me a week ago. I hit two Titlist heads with 4 different shafts to find the best fit for my game. Five business days later, I have the new set in my bag. Great work on the part of Justin, Titlist, and Edwin Watts!

Great experience w complimentary club fitting and purchase. Originally thinking I just wanted a used driver. Was a little nervous demonstrating my novice swing but Chad made me feel at ease. He asked questions and had me hit my (circa 1990) clubs. My current driver was the size of a current 5 wood.
Although I did try a very high end driver - Chad recommended a package set for overall improvement of my game. ( The set was far less than the one driver.) I appreciated his courtesy and interest in helping my game - certainly will go back!

The staff here are geared to customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate the whims every golfer carries. But that way of doing business builds loyalty because there's no reason to go anywhere else. Ever.

I cannot go here without buying something. Lol the guys here are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk they know there stuff. They sold me the new TaylorMade stealth 2! And I was just looking. Great place!

Considering the supply line problems haunting retailers, I was more than pleased to the degree the Watts staff have stocked their store. My visit's purpose was to pick up replacement club grips. The floor staff were great. I was asked when I arrived, if I needed assistance. Once I declined their overture, I was not bothered again until I requested further assistance. That is what I define as superior customer service.

If you want an extremely reliable golf store, then Edwin Watts Golf in Tyler, TX is the place you need to shop. Their staff are honest, dependable, hard working, knowledgeable people that know the golf game, equipment and accessories. Everyone there has displayed superior and awesome customer service every time I’ve visited them. David fitted me for my irons and I am very pleased with my set. He was a great guy to deal with and I’m glad I had the privilege and experience to get his expert advice and his professionalism. David and the rest of the Edwin Watts’ Golf staff made it an awesome experience here for me. I highly recommend them! Go check them out!

Best customer service I’ve seen in years. The way it should be. I will not buy golf equipment anywhere else from now on. Store manager JT helped me. With the cost of golf equipment now days you want to get it right and if you don’t you want someone that will do what they can to make it right. I highly recommend this place.

They just get it. I’ve bought more clubs from this location than I’ll ever admit and they treat me like one of the family. Fantastic in every aspect of golf and equipment with a community pride.

I have been a long time customer of Edwin Watts. I have dealt with three store managers and numerous staff and one thing haven't changed - their commitment to customer satisfaction.
