Called for an appointment (new patient) got in very quickly. Staff is amazing, very friendly and answered all questions I had. No long wait when we arrived which was also a big plus. Would highly recommend!!!

My first visit with New Smile Dentan was great, I called to make an appointment since I needed a crown and they gave me an appointment right away. Everyone was very kind, especially Mrs. Chantal and Dr. Kim, very good job, my husband and I highly recommend this dental clinic ❣

Amazing service and the wait wasn't long at all. I went in for a cleaning and consultation and Caroline did an outstanding job!! They were extremely affordable and the overall service was fantastic!!

I came into the office today with serious tooth pain. Dr. Kim made me feel very welcomed and comforted I usually have dental anxiety but he informed with everything I needed to know. My first visit here was great! They got me in for an appointment fast, and everyone there was extremely nice. I forgot the lady’s name at the front desk but she had such a kind personality. I definitely felt welcomed and I’m ready for my next appointment.

This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and treat you like family. My family will never leave New Smile Dental. Dr. Parks is amazing and Paola and Liz in the front office make you feel so welcome. This office is one of a kind. Very friendly staff and doctor. I felt right at home and wasn’t scared like I normally am at the dentist. They even waited on me for my appointment when I was running late. Same day work-in appointments on more than one occasion. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Great job Dr. Park and staff!!

The staff are absolutely wonderful here at New Smile Dental...my son and I both use them. My son has braces and uses their orthodontist services and I use their dental services. Dr. Park is AMAZING.. Front office Isai and Paola are 2 of a kind and make you feel so welcome..Liz the office manager has such a bubbly personality that takes away all the worry of a typical dentist visit. Love this place one of the best dentist I have visited here in Tyler. Everyone is super friendly and very help. They are also extremely great with kids as well. Plus their payments are very cheap.

I came in for a month clean up, and check up. staff was very nice very pleasant explain to me everything I’m really happy with their service and will come back again to do two cavities really really like the staff really happy with them.
