We had the best lunch here today. I am visiting the area and had the pleasure of having Salomon as our server. He was the consummate professional. Ashanti was so helpful and polite. I felt very welcome. I watched a very offensive group of people treat them with such rudeness -- and they were amazingly graceful and maintained their professional demeanor through it all.

The food was very tasty -- plentiful and reasonably priced.

Both the steak and the ribs were phenomenal. Didn’t even need to use steak sauce. The wait staff was super attentive, I never needed to ask for a thing. I got seared immediately upon arrival.

Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience, went with my sister for dinner. Our server Alexa was great. She was friendly and prompt with getting things we asked for. The food was out at a reasonable time even though the restaurant was packed. We had a wonderful time.

We had our anniversary dinner here and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the environment was fun. Our waiter Ethan was super amazing! He suggested great meals which really hit the spot and recommended loaded nacho fries that were not on the menu. If the kitchen will make the nacho loaded fries, I highly recommend ordering them. We really had a great experience and our waiter Ethan was phenomenal!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone that works here has been so polite and they are happy and seem to love their jobs. This makes for a great atmosphere in itself not to mention the decor is great. I love the bathrooms with their record ceiling and disco ball, bathrooms are clean and the hand soap smells amazing. The fried pickles are delicious and perfect. The chicken fried steak is awesome as well as the grilled chicken and the sirloin. They make wonderful bar drinks with the perfect amount of mix to alcohol ratio. Anytime I'm in Tyler or just passing through this place will be on the list to stop at.

We love the food. Each time we have dined in which has been both for lunch & dinner, the service and food have been very good. The steak came out perfect, and the shrimp was amazing. Our waiter was great, and we loved his personality.

Stopped in here a few times, while in town for work. The steak and shrimp combo was the best I've had anywhere. The meatloaf was really good as well. The cheese steak and pasta gumbo are also great choices. I would highly recommend this place. Don't forget about the sweet potato casserole.

In town visiting for a short trip and this place caught our eye! We absolutely loved it. Spencer, our server, was well-mannered and did a great job at taking care of us. So glad we decided to try it. Will definitely go again if we ever come back to town.

Just left the place and absolutely loved our experience. I ordered the jambalaya and it was amazing. Not oily at all, great portion, super tasty. Our waitress, Jules, was super nice and accommodating. Def coming back!

Wonderful service & even better food! We were blown away. We did self seating in the lounge/bar area to watch the football games. The Monte Cristo is the best thing on the menu hands down! You have to try it. Cheeses with turkey & ham fried in 4 small triangles with powdered sugar and raspberry sauce on the side. 🤤

Our family of 10 got seated quickly. Food was delicious & our server Aylin was very polite and accommodating. Would go back just because of her genuine serving qualties.

Absolutely perfectly cooked 10 oz sirloin steak! So tender, cooked medium, and nice and juicy. Mmm. The sweet potatoes were good as grandma's! Lots of cinnamon. I seriously could have eaten another steak.. Highly recommend!

Bring a jacket though, the restaurant is FREEZING!

The food is always good, as well as the service. BUT, this time was different. Mimi was our waitress and we’ve never had better service…ever! We were blown away at her authentic personality and desire to serve. She speaks so sweetly, is more polite and eager to make you happy than any other server before. She’s absolutely an asset to this company. I pray that God meets her every need and blesses her beyond measure! If you visit the Tyler, TX location, ask for Mimi and you BETTER TIP HER BIG!!! She deserves every dollar made. Thank you Mimi, you blessed us tonight.

This a normal stop for me & my Mom. We can share the wings & queso. I get a side salad & done. The food is good. Haven't had anything that has been bad. Just watch out the salads are huge! & Always friendly service.

We LOVED everything about this restaurant! Our server was attentive and brought refills without even having to ask. The appetizer is so good and so much. Definitely, they do not skip on portions. We had fried mushrooms. We both had salmon and tried both types on the menu. All I can say is 'fabulous'! We also took home a bison burger fir the next day, and so delicious. Cooked just right and moist even after heating up! Thumbs up!

I've been here twice now, and each time the service has been great! The food is really good as well. It's a nice place to go.

This was our first time at Aspen. If you go, KR is the best waiter we’ve ever had. The chicken tacos, potato skins and margaritas are awesome!

Aspen Creek has consistently delicious food. We love the their breaded and fried foods. The chicken fried steak is so crispy. The fried chicken is seasoned perfectly. We ALWAYS have to get the sweet potato casserole, which is well seasoned and delicious.

The servers are very attentive and pleasant.
