Wonderful experience! Bought a mattress for my special needs son, it was delivered within a few hours. Great service and great people!

Walked in and in less than a minute sales person asked if he could help.
Needed fast turnaround since my Temperpedic mattress had been destroyed from frozen pipe breakage-
Found the mattress I needed with no problem or pressure~ salesman very knowledgeable about the brand.
Mattress was in stock and was delivered in 2 days .
I had an adjustable base that had not worked in several years - The delivery folks were knowledgeable and not only set up the mattress and put on cover and sheets but were able to repair my adjustable base no charge.

My husband and I just moved to Tyler from California a couple months ago and had to furnish a new home. We had a tight budget and shopped all over town for the best deal. Every other place tried to up sell or talked badly about the mattresses in our budget so we felt a little defeated walking in.
We communicated our budget and were met with such a pleasant experience! The salesman was so helpful and informative, focusing on the positive features of mattresses in our budget, we ended up purchasing an amazing mattress that we are VERY happy with for an excellent price. Salespeople everywhere should come here for customer service lessons! We will be back when our little ones are ready for big kid beds!

My son bought a mattress from them earlier in the year. They treated him great so when it was my turn to buy a mattress it was a no brainer. The same gentleman help who helped my son and it was a painless purchase. Good price great service. Mattress was delivered the next morning and they took my old mattress with them. If you need a mattress there is no other place in Tyler to go.

Love this place. Just bought my 2nd mattress from there and the sales guy was extremely respectful of our space and allowed us to look around but was available for questions. I love they have plenty in stock and great prices.

From picking out a mattress to fit my budget and needs, to the payment process and driving around back to load it all into my truck, everyone was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Our salesman James was awesome!! He was very helpful and made sure we received everything we were supposed to with our mattress purchase. We purchased a Tempurpedic Pro-Adapt and although we aren't sure of the mattress yet, we were very pleased with our customer service experience so far.

Tim was nothing short of amazing during our purchase process. My husband and I originally came in for new mattresses for our new home we were moving into and due to his helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgable demeanor we added a living room set as well. I've bought several items here over the years and have had nothing but excellent customer service! A recent experience required model #s that I could not get to on the bed, and they sent guys out to find it, then they came out to the house again to re-program a different remote that I don't think was even under warranty. This kind of customer service was so much appreciated at a particularly stressful time!!

It was an excellent buying experience at Sleep Masters with Tim! He helped us pick out the best bed for us, and they even offer no sales tax if you have an Rx for acid reflux on a Temper-Pedic adjustable bed. Very clean and nice store, and they even gve my kids a toy before we left. I highly recommend this store, and ask for Tim!

Tim helped my wife and I out to find the right bed for us. We are different comfort sleepers and he patiently worked with us to get the right bed. And we could not be happier with the selection. Best selection of mattress in East Texas. I've never seen a larger selection of mattress anywhere I've lived. Also carry living room and bedroom furniture. Very nice and knowledgeable salespeople. We go there for all of our furniture needs and never been disappointed!
