Staff and environment here are very welcoming. The food is guaranteed to be hot, they make sure the food is out promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed. I'd recommend to make a visit here; the food is delicious just packed with flavor.

While they've been pretty busy the last few times I have been, the staff has been super courteous and nice. The food has been pretty good. The steaks are always great, and I've enjoyed devouring them. Also, you've gotta try the Ocra.

Our first visit, and we weren't disappointed. I had the ribeye, longhorn Mac and cheese and a salad. I was very impressed with the prompt and friendly service. Our waiter, was Johnny on the spot and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife had the ribeye, with asparagus and the Mac and cheese. Her asparagus was tough. She explained that to our waiter, when the manager showed up, and offered another side, at no charge. I was very impressed over the level of service we received and I would highly recommend a visit. Very nice comfortable atmosphere and reasonable prices.
We will, definitely return.

We went last night for my birthday. They were very busy, all of the staff did everything they could to get everyone taken care of. The teamwork that we saw was amazing. One of our steaks was over cooked and they remade it perfectly. Will definitely go back because they took care of us.

Was my birthday, waitress was friendly, cheerful, just plain wonderful. Food was out fast, the bread was amazing, so was my food.

Visiting from Europe, the outlaw ribeye steak I got here is easily the best steak I have had in my life. Crispy fatty strip as the outline, super tender on the inside. Seasoned well and flame-grilled to absolute perfection. The others in my party ordered a bit more moderate dish with a Half-Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger and Flo's filet, and those were outstanding too. Servers were helpful, funny and engaging, and the decorations take you back to the good old days. I almost never give the full 5 stars for all 3 subjects, but in this case they well deserve it. The only drawback of this restaurant is that I need to take another trip to the United States to taste their steak again. 😁 Highly recommended!

We went for lunch and enjoyed the entire experience. I had the chicken sandwich, and my friend had the huge chicken fried steak. The waitress is friendly, and orders are served quickly. There is plenty to choose from the menu and beautiful western decor.

Great food and atmosphere! Portions were good and the steak was cooked very nicely & clean environment. But most Importantly, huge shout out to James B for an amazing service as a former DM, you can see quality and great customer service when you see it. Will be back!

Food was very delicious. Our Server, Victoria was Amazing. The only issue we had was, a couple at a table by a window, opened the blinds as the sun was going down and the sun was in our eyes. Several Servers asked them to close the blinds, but they refused. Other than that, all was good

Me and my partner both had a wonderful experience at LongHorn steakhouse ! The brisket queso is a must try! Aswell as this 22oz porterhouse steak 🥩 staff and energy is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and clean

As usual this is first-class all the way! Hot bread for starters. Ordered steaks with a side of Sauteed Brussel Sprouts and yummy Mac and Cheese. Appetizers of Stuffed Mushrooms and Spicy Shrimp. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Exceptional service even with a packed house!

Ordering the 22oz Mouthwatering Delicious Juicy Outlaw Ribeye is ALWAYS a must! My favorite steak to enjoy!
Always a great environment with super staff and drink options! Lunch is my favorite time to go but the dinner crowd is nice too.

I love this place. The wait staff is exceptional. They are attentive and get what you need and service is quite fast. The food is excellent. I get the outlaw ribeye and my wife gets the salmon. Both cooked to order and in a word, AMAZING! I cannot say enough about the waiters and waitresses who are wonderful. I wish every place we went was like that. If you go during peak times expect a wait. Be patient, they really do their best to get you seated and your meal will be so worth it!

Always a nice experience here. It takes a little longer to do lunch here, but if you have the time, it's worth it. I had the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich, and it was amazing. The Chicken was fried perfectly and the veggies were cold and fresh. The french fries were served hot and not soggy. Haven't made it here for dinner yet, but maybe one day.

What a perfect meal! My first time. Had Ground Beef w/Mushroom Gravy, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Fried Okra, and little loaf of Bread. I carried it out yet Kudos Longhorn Steak House...I AM A FAN!!!!

Food was excellent, exactly as we ordered, drinks were splendid, our waiter Tim, was spot on. Most definitely a great date night meal for my husband and myself.

Update: Stopped in today and ordered the Mushroom appetizer and the Outlaw Ribeye. Not only was the food absolutely perfect, the service was also absolutely perfect. We love this Longhorn Steakhouse. Definitely recommend!

This is exactly what we need. I’ve dined at Longhorn in multiple locations all over the country. This is an exciting addition to our local cuisine. We ordered the rack of lamb and 2 of the outlaw ribeye plates. Both were cooked to perfection. The steaks were seasoned well and it’s honestly the best steak I’ve had in Tyler. The rack of lamb was ordered t also. Our waiter was friendly and somewhat attentive but didn’t get our appetizer out. No big deal, stuff happens. This is melt in your mouth dining.

We waited 2 hours to be seated, however it was Valentine's Day. Let me tell you the food was amazing and plentiful. In my opinion it was worth waiting for. The prices were reasonable as well.

Food cooked perfect. Great meal baked potato too. Steak was cooked med/ Rare it was so big I took some home along with part of my potato. Had it for lunch the next day. Tasted just like it did when I ordered it. Differently will be back. Server was very professional kept things full without asking. Hot fresh bread was unbelievable butter melted on it.
