Dunkin'

I've been going here for 6 years, and although the experience hasn't been perfect, it has been for purposes of this review.

I've maybe gotten a coffee that was slightly off once--but usually it's spot on and piping hot, or I get an iced original or iced cold brew and it's perfect nearly every time. There's only been one time I couldn't get coffee because they were running cleaner through the machine (glad to hear they did--and you could smell it).

I'm very pleased with service I've received here, especially when Jonathan, Casey, Sergio, or Heather are in. Since about a month ago, they have a baker which fills up all the donuts, so you don't get a donut without filling. He is very consistent and filling them too, and this is as of about the first week in October 2023.

If you love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, I recommend the lemon custard, as it's very smooth and exceptionally lemony. I also recommend the jamocha almond fudge if you like a nutty flavor mixed with chocolate.

Came here for the first time yesterday, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The atmosphere is so inviting! You can sit inside to eat your items or take it to go. Basket Robbins was intertwined with it, so you can have donuts & coffee or ice cream. Nice establishment and would recommend again.

was so excited to find a Baskin Robbins here in Tyler! this was a combo DD-BR we got there at 730 and it was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful 😁 we tried a couple flavors of ice cream and finally got a delicious milkshake and 2 cones. thank you!!!

Dunkin is definitely a favorite of mine. It’s the only coffee shop you can order an Iced Cocoa Mocha. No other coffee joint can replicate it. It’s not always on the menu but you can always order it. This location was very clean with a very polite and helpful staff. Very happy with my stop!

A nice fresh Dunkin Donuts. Its extremely nice inside. Great updated menu. Reasonable prices. Best donuts out there. Our server Bre was great. Very happy we will be back.

Not the biggest Donut guy out there, but perhaps it's because I never had Dunkin. It has changed my opinion on Donuts. As an avid weight lifter/body builder, I went for a cheat meal for myself and brother. I spent around $30, but got 12 Donuts, 2 Breakfast Sandwhiches, and 2 Pancake wraps. Needless to say...there were no leftovers. Donuts were warm, soft, and full of flavor. Every Donut I had was amazing. The sandwiches as well! Listen, if you ever get the hankering for Donuts, go Dunkin. No joke. It is actually REALLY good. 5/5 Stars - Definitely going back soon.

Clean restaurant and very friendly staff!! I believe a manager helped us with our order and gave recommendations on good menu items. He was so helpful and made the experience very easy for us. The food and coffee was also delicious! I will be a regular here now for sure!

The manager, Razib, is honestly the nicest person I've ever met. This is definitely the only Duckin I will ever go to. The quality of everything is 12/10!!

This is the only one in Tyler, Tx but it is such a delight to have. for all of your ice cream and coffee needs look no further than Baskin Robbins-Dunkin Donuts. You can access this line via yellow line. It is close to some other major restaurants and bars. Make sure you sign up for the text notifications.

My daughter and I stop in a couple of times a month for what I consider the best rainbow sherbet made.

My "almost" everyday pick me up place! I've been going for awhile now and never had a bad experience. The coffees are always good with a wide variety of flavors, the customer service is top notch! Sorry to that "other place" S........s, it's just better...imo

First time there and I tried the breakfast tacos with bacon today. They were really good. A little different than other versions of breakfast tacos, but I enjoyed the flavor. I will definitely be back. Good service, clean location.

Great flavors but the store is kind of in a random area. Atmosphere was giving strip mall vibes (probably because it was in a mini strip mall) but otherwise it was good.

Okay so I'm not sure who took my order but all I know is I got a large caramel craze signature lattte with cold foam instead of the whipped cream and it was really good ! The girl who took my order at the front counter offered exceptional service and was nice enough to offer multiple drink suggestions for me , considering i don't come here often . She told me to come back and see them which I will !

The excellent customer service and drinks remind me of home! There may be a dozen coffee shops on my way, but I'll keep coming back to Dunkin'.
For those who are caffeine sensitive such as myself: I can only drink decaf. Every decaf coffee I've ordered here has been exactly as requested. This is one of the few coffee spots I don't have to worry about. Thank you!

The lady that serviced us was very polite and helpful. When I asked for packets of sugar and cream she told me that they were out of creamer but could pour some into a cup for me. To me that small gesture meant alot. She did not have to do that and went the extra mile to satisfy her customer. Thank you so much!!

Had a problem with my order and went in the next day, the manager took care of it and gave me plenty of extras to make up for the mistake. Great customer service and turned a 2 star review into a 5.
