Great experience at Sleep First. Clint and Shelby were very nice and friendly. Clint was very knowledgeable and helped make sure the mattress was going to be the best fit based on specific needs and wants. Love that Sleep First is family owned and local. Shelby and Clint did more than amazing job working with me to get me the best price and best mattress for my needs and best possible sleep. Very helpful and patient with us trying to find the perfect mattress. We did end up having to exchange the mattress we chose and pay more money because we got back pains from the Purple Mattress after 9 months but they are willing to make it right.

Sleep First is locally owned, well stocked, reasonably priced, and has a ton of options. Clint is an awesome salesperson without the typical “salesperson” mentality. He put in additional time and effort to find us the bed we want and need, no matter how picky I was being. I’ll definitely shop here again for all my future mattress needs.

My husband and I having been dealing with Teddy and Alexander they are great to work with. There customer service skills are awesome. They have bent over backwards to help us with moving our matress. We had new floors put down and the mattress had to be reset. We appreciate all both of them did to help in a timely manner. We recently moved my parents into assisted living in Tyler and we needed a queen size bed since my parents King wouldn't fit in their new place. My sister and I stopped at several places in Tyler before landing at Sleep First on the loop. I never post reviews and honestly felt compelled to do so after this experience. Teddy at the store helped us and walked us through all of our options. AND...he made it work within our budget. AND...the bed was delivered and assembled on the morning Teddy said it would be done. In today's world, people promise everything and rarely deliver. Not in this case. My parents loved their new bed and they had it in place before we moved them into their new home. Thank you Teddy and Sleep First for a great product and even better customer service and follow through. Awesome job!!!

We had a lovely experience today! We've bought both our Tempur-Pedic mattresses from Sleep First. Both were great deals on amazing mattresses! Clint was super sweet!

I was shopping around several stores for mattresses and this was one of the stores I stopped at. Gylly was incredibly helpful in asking what I needed and upfront with pricing. She answered all my questions and I left a lot more informed than I started. In taking my husband back the next day to make a final decision for the purchase, we knew we were only going to go back to Sleep First because of the superior customer service and comfortable atmosphere. After confirming some information and asking a few more questions, we left very happy with our purchase.

Very nice customer service!! The gentleman name Teddy is one great sales man!! He narrowed everything down for me and my wife to pick the right bed… We are very thankful for his time and patience with not only dealing with us and our 100 questions, but was patient when we had to pause our conversations to deal with our two little rascals. Thank you Ted! Not many out there like that these days.
