Great customer service, as I inquired about some elbow/knee pads for roller blading and they found them and had them waiting at the front desk when I arrived, all the staff was eager and willing to help even though I came near closing hours roughly 10min before they closed. Been coming here since they opened, this one is located in my hometown. I had moved away and haven’t been back for a few years until this week. I usually stay away from Dick’s Sporting Goods because they are pricy, but I had to give my amazing experience in the shoe department I had this week. I don’t know the employee working in shoes name, but he was awesome. He sat with us for a while and tried to help me find the perfect shoe in our price range for exercise. He genuinely looked like he enjoyed his job and was super nice and didn’t leave until we found a shoe for me. I don’t know his name but I just wanted to give him the credit he deserves.

The store is nice, a really big selection of clothing, shoes, and equipment. The staff is great and very helpful; anytime I've had an issue with returns or exchanges they've gone out of their way to assist me.

My boys loves this store. Usually can find exactly what we are looking for. Prices are reasonable for the most part. The staff is always visible and polite. They have awesome coupons and discounts regularly in-store and online.

I found it hard to decide on an overall rating for this review for several reasons. First of all, I never received what I ordered. A week or so after it should have arrived, it still showed “in process” and had not shipped. I did an online “chat” with customer service. The person I spoke with was apologetic and said she would get it sent right out. It still didn’t come.
Another customer service rep, Shakadi W was helpful and understanding, but even though she got my order right, the distribution center packed and sent the wrong item.
I was angry and unhappy. I called customer service again. The first person I talked with was not helpful, stating that the item was no longer available and there was nothing she could do. The one helpful thing she did was put a manager on the phone. Rhonda was very understanding and took care of everything. She went to the effort to find a similar-type item and made everything work out well. Her dedication and determination to make me a happy customer went above and beyond, and I would like to say thank you!
In the end, I decided to make this review about Rhonda and Shakadi, and they both gave me a 5-star experience.

Nice store with broad range of products at fair prices. We bought dehydrated breakfast meals that only require a cup of water for making bacon and eggs. The package says it is good until 2050!

Sales reps are very kind and have good knowledge of their products. When I could not find what I wanted in store, they helped me get the one ordered via online right there. It was very convenient.

I walked in with my choices of running shoe narrowed down to the vapormax and lunar9s. When i got there the guy working told me they were sold out on both, but he knew his shoes. And ended up selling me on the Nike Odyssey React. Also i ended up leaving my phone there for about 45 mins and they still had it when i got back so thats a plus. Great store, great customer service, friendly employees.

The staff here was super helpful and had specific information to make future visits even more memorable!!! They went out of there way to oblige in my requests to make my husband birthday gift the best! Hats off to golf department and LEA in front customer service!

David in shoe sales is knowledgeable. He knows shoes and was able to offer three brands of shoes that fit my foot support needs. All were an instant relief while walking around the store. Choosing a pair was my only decision I had to make

I drove all the way from Mckinney to pick up a treadmill which was only available at this store within 100 miles from my home. I brought my dad's suv hoping I could fit the machine in it. When i get there, last minute on a friday they brought the box and turns out that it will fit but cant close the trunk. I was devastated as i drove 45 miles and on top of that i didnt have any bigger vechile at home. Which leaves me no option but to rent one, a whole lot of trouble! Everything was closed! Then the gentleman named Steven? Or Stephen came to rescue. He went inside, came back with 3 zip tie, tied the trunk leaving a gap for about 5 inch but securely sealing the maching inside! BAM! Problem solved. This leaves me speechless! If it wasnt him i would have to get thought whole lot of trouble and spend another 100+. In most cases employee dont care, which i dont really blame. But stephen went extra mile! The other gentleman with glasses, forgot his name was also nice and help the process. Hats of to both of them, extra for Stephen/steven!

Ethan in the baseball area was very helpful. We bought a baseball glove for our 6 year old grandson and his dad. Ethan used steam and a mallet type tool to break them in. Our grandson was fascinated. Great experience!
