Kroger Marketplace

The first time I came into this Store I thought I walked into the wrong store, I saw clothes, shoes, buckets, containers of all sizes, and so much more. I turned around and asked a person behind me is this Kroger's? They said yes, I said thank you I've never been in a Kroger's like this before it's really nice. I went into the store for a gift bag and card and my husband waited in the car, when I came out he asked what took you so long? I said I've never seen a Kroger's like this, it has everything. I will definitely be coming back time and time again.

This is the second time I have interacted with Nel. I remember the first time because she was new to the area and we both were talking about where we were originally from. She's the absolute sweetest And just very kind. I was having a really bad night tonight and she gave me some tissue to wipe my tears. There was also a young lady at the self scan who asked if I was all right. I wanted to recognize them both because those are the type of people you remember during a transaction and they

A great store to do the weekly grocery shopping. Well stocked, clean, and organized. I always buy sushi, deli, and fresh produce here.
As produce everything was fresh.

Overall great location and service!

I'm truly impressed with this Kroger Marketplace. When I walked in, it felt like a Target, but it offered a better variety of options. Best location so far from all the other Krogers I've been in around DFW area.

This comment is for the nice young man working in the meat department name started with a D around noon on sept 8th 2023. You went out of your way to help me and even listened to my kids silly jokes with a smile on your face. The last few days have been hard and your kindness was beyond appreciated . Give this man a raise please!!!

Everything here was well-stocked, clean, and the manager of the store is very kind. He allowed us to bring in our very small doggy as long as she was in a carrier pouch. It's so fun to explore the big grand store of Kroger. This review is just cause the manager is awesome. Thank you!!

This Kroger is amazing! It's what you'd call a "super" Kroger basically. It has everything you need including fresh daily produce, fresh daily Sushi, a very extensive cheese selection, a fresh hot and warm Deli and it has a Starbucks inside on top of everything else!

My favorite place to shop for our household needs.

My chosen profession requires me to spend my day going from retailer or restaurant some sort of establishment to another with the sole purpose of evaluating the customer service provided or the product sold whatever the ownership has requested that I evaluate. Most days I come home just aggravated irritated short-tempered because the people I have encountered all day are either incredibly rude they have little to no knowledge of the products they're offering and it's paying bills their bills. Do I encounter a very positive experience however today was an exception to that rule sadly I wasn't even there to do a mystery shop so I did want to make sure that I posted a review here about the wonderful experience. Kroger's sells a blended French vanilla Kroger Brand yogurt is delicious however I can almost never find it in the large container. When I do I buy all of them. Most of the time when I go into the store and they don't have it I try to locate or get some help to see if they have any in the back 9 out of 10 times the person is rude and doesn't even want to help me. So today I decided I was going to call the store ahead of time maybe I can get a better response that way. I called this location and I got a lady on the phone named Mary and told her what I was looking for and why I was calling and Mary got the assistance of one of the managers Michael and they were able to locate two containers and she said it would be waiting for me at the customer service counter. So I went up there and she did have it waiting for me and I was able to get my yogurt and I discussed the fact that I can never get it and all the issues around it and everything. Mary is the first employee at any Kroger that I've ever been to that was helpful and went above and beyond what I'm used to as far as service goes at Kroger so I wanted to make sure I left a review for because she not only had to understand what it was I was looking for she had to get some assistance to help her what she did and she located the product and held it for me and it it was a positive experience that actually sent me home with the smile on my face instead of being angry because I just went to six Krogers and still did not get my yogurt. So thank you Miss Mary for all of your help and a little bit of fun and laughter we have when I got there I appreciate your assistance and your helpfulness.

I always have a good experience at this Kroger. But this morning’s experience was exceptional. The cashier (Rosalie) was so kind and so cheerful. The lady bagging my groceries had the same pleasant attitude. They both told me to have a blessed day and the lady bagging my groceries told me that she double bagged my heavy items to make it easier on me. To go above and beyond with a happy attitude is such a blessing during these difficult times. I know that this “dream team” will make a difference in other people’s lives, just like they did for me.

This staff is very organized to put things in good order.

Enjoyed my shopping trip today. I go every 2-3 wks and stock up. They had great sales today. At checkout they gotbme help getting my two carts of groceries out. I didn't have to ask. I appreciate the air conditioning in the store. Not all grocers keep it comfortable in the heat. The only downside was a lot of stocking was taking place and had to maneuver around quite a bit. I will say, one employee saw me coming and literally turned around to get themselves out of the way. I appreciate everything the store does for their customers!
