I like this place. It’s better than Kohl’s now. It feels like COVID killed the clearance rack department store, but BELK is still doing it. They have some good clothing and you can usually find a good price.

Make sure to download the app and use the stores WiFi. You can scan any barcode and it’ll show you the price with discounts. I like that ability.

Good sales. Great staff. Nice clothing but overpriced in my opinion. I only shop the sales. Clean store.

They have cleaned up and organized. Looks so much better than the last time I was in. Now I want to go back!

Margaret at the fragrance and makeup counter is a wonderful customer service rep, she was so friendly and fun to talk with about the cologne choices. She is what the department stores are missing these days, that welcoming and friendly vibe she gives off is hard to find these days. If she’s not in management she should be. She made my shopping experience a pleasant one and I hope she is still there when I come back next month!

I love everything about the store and its layout. I always find great clothing and accessories, plus items for the kitchen. Extra kudos to Rona in customer service for being very welcoming, efficient, and helpful.

BEST Belk Store I’ve ever been to! Customer Service is great and Mrs. Rona was just amazing and on top the deals were better than all these other stores. Mrs. Rona was so sweet and welcoming with the deals and had smiles all around! Great decision on hiring her🤩

Such a great store to shop at. I’ve been looking for the instant pot duo60 for days and finally found it at BELK. They had tons in stock and even price matched from a competitor. Definitely shop here for good deals.

First off I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Ms. Rona for her awesome customer service. Her sense of humor and care is what keeps me coming back to this store. The door buster and Black Friday deals were also a HUGE plus! We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Ms. Rona as well which is one thing I always look for. Belk you did a great job with hiring your employees so count on me coming back soon!

First time here at a Belk store as I needed some MAC products. ANTHONY is your go-to person!!!!! Omg, he is the bessst! So cheerful, warm and welcoming! He's so knowledgeable and helpful! Left the store with a wider smile and so much more knowledge about make-up!

Great store they have several departments to shop in and they have good deals

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I am always in there looking for a good deal, but the experience was greater this time around when I encountered a Sale Associate (I remember her name Emily O'neil) in the Men's department. The associate was very kind, nice and respectful. I appreciate the time she took to helping me and my family find the right items we were searching for in a timely manner (very patient with us), while she continued working on the Sales Floor making it presentable for other customers around us and helping them too. I enjoyed my experience there, so did my family, it a fast and courteous check out with her with great communication. She has a way with customers no doubt. I really hope in the future revisiting this store to encounter more associates like that to feel welcomed into the store. I hope other people have the same experience I had there, always, too.
