Hands down the best pharmacy in Tyler! Everyone is so helpful and the staff seems to really love their job. Friendliest pharmacy you will ever visit!

Very helpful. CVS and Walgreens did not have my medication nor would they have them for a few days. I called Kinsey and they had it ready right away. I really appreciate them.

My mother had a rx that needed to be filled and wasn’t going to before she ran out due to the dr not sending in the request. Sean at Kinseys over nighted it to her and tracked it. When he saw it wasn’t going to make it to her location 2 hours away he drove and hand delivered her meds. This is above and beyond customer service and should be shouted from the roof tops!

They were very professional staff as a good butt. I believe this is the only opinion that Rose 🌹 Pharmacy has a little more to offer because Kenzie‘s pharmacy sometimes has a day and a half to 2 legs a day they’re late but it’s really not their fault it’s because they have a shortage of medicine here in Texas all over Texas so it’s not Kenzies pharmacy fault it’s it’s, the pharmaceutical companies and our government and people are going to get a lot more sicker because our government here in Texas don’t want people just and maintain their health and thrive especially somebody like me who’s been diagnosed with cancer and he needs a bone marrow transplant but yet they don’t keep the pharmacy stock medicines because they always say it out like like Walgreens also of it there’s on back order he won’t we will let you know fill out for the next four or five days I have cancer like I said AN I want pain medicine to stop the pain. I have a terminal illness 49 years old but Casey is a great Pharmacy . Great I recommend them absolutely but be prepared to wait a little bit for your medicine to be filled. That’s all I gotta say about that, but overall, I’ll give them five stars And also give him a silver trophy a long horn trophy it was the staff is actually very professional very food friendly and that’s it makes it really good going to Your also as well they make they make you feel comfortable and that’s a really good thing they have very good communication skills, which some people lack of in the pharmaceutical industry Everybody have a blessed day and Brother Bill loves everyone.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s also nice to get free prescription delivery when I’m not able to make it to the pharmacy.

Kinsey’s takes really good care of our family with a personal touch. I have no need or care to get a prescription filled at a chain pharmacy ever again, hopefully. Brad and Amy and team will go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of and I know they will do the same for you.

Kinsey's made me really think twice about major pharmacy's. I do not get a lot of medications filled, but the bigger chains never have enough time to handle the call loads, or their system messes up insurance coverage, etc. Kinsey's not only answers the phone ina timely manner, but they call you back or send a message if a discrepancy occurs. They also contact the prescribers for their customers. The golden seal was the delivery service. They mail my refills with no issues, while providing a tracking number, too!

My 1yo was in need of a compounded prescription, and after being directed from pharmacy to pharmacy, I finally landed in touch with Kinsey. By the time I was directed from other pharmacies to Kinsey’s, it was 5:15p on a Friday (they close at 6). They immediately were rushing to put together the compound as they knew we wanted to start our daughter on the prescription that night. By this time, I was out of town picking up my daughter, and was going to be rushing to grab the meds at the risk of not making it there by close and having to wait until following day. Without hesitation, Kara, offered to deliver it directly to my home even though we were outside of their delivery area. The stop may have been on the way to her own home, but that act of kindness and going the extra mile allowed my daughter to start her dosage and just made us huge fans of Kara and Kinsey’s.

Hear me when I say you will NEVER EVER get the service from any pharmacy that comes close to the service you will receive from KINSEYS!! I could give special praise to certain individuals but honestly everyone is nothing short of beyond measure of AMAZING!! Lifesavers 😉

Kinsey’s offers great pricing for my medications and their customer service is excellent.

My 5 month old daughter needed a prescription filled for a nebulizer and albuterol filled an hour before closing (on a Saturday). I ended up loosing my car’s key and couldn’t pick it up. The delivery driver had already left for the day, so one of the other employees drove AFTER WORK to drop it off for me. So thankful and appreciative.
