We have been using Marc Robinson for over a year now and our experiences have been amazing every time! Ruby helped us create my dream engagement ring and wedding ring and she also helped us get my husband’s wedding band and a watch as well! Their customer service is absolutely the best and they truly care about you and your needs! They had my ring custom made after every other jewelry store said it couldn’t be done and it came out gorgeous! We will definitely be using them for any of our jewelry needs and I would highly recommend them!

Ruby was wonderful to work with. I tried on several rings before finding what I wanted. I did request the ring in another band color and she was there during the wait and was almost as excited as I was when it came in. I highly recommend asking for her when looking for jewelry.

What could I say about Ruby and Parvez... They are super professional bar none. Their jewelry are of excellent quality. If they don't have it in store, they could usually order what you need. Absolutely the best jewelers! My older sister got her ring from here and now it’s my turn and the workers are the best and willing to help with everything! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Cannot beat the customer service up here!!!! They chipped the back of my stone while resizing it, I had a weird stone in my ring so they had a hard time trying to replace it, we went through multiple stones but they did not stop until I was happy! Turns out it was an amorphous diamond, only made in India so they had to order it. I started shopping for a new wedding ring in the midst of that. I stopped at every jewelry store in the mall and didn’t really find anything that I like. Helzberg said every ring I tried on “was beautiful on me.” Zales rose gold wasn’t rose at all. Went over to marcs to check on my old ring and ended up finding one I loved! Everything is immaculate in their store. Gave suckers to and played with my kiddos. Supplied water, coke, and sprite. Super friendly folks, I highly recommend this place. I know if I EVER have a problem, they’ll do everything in their power to fix it and won’t stop until they do.

Was immediately greeted by Ruby who helped me pick out the best gift for my fiancé. She was so kind and helpful, absolutely loved her! Amazing customer service!!

Let me tell ya folks that these people are the ticket. They care and do things that the rest of local jewelers will not help with. Friendly and reasonable in prices.

Ruby, who helped us with our ring was fantastic, no issues there. However, the reason for sharing my experience is because of the ring being held at the store, or because jeweler never repaired my ring after sending it in and getting it back over a week later even though we were told it would be sooner. Also we were told it was going to be cleaned and it wasn't. I wanted my ring ready for me before I got married and that did not happen. So with the time it took but most importantly, the diamond in the ring was still rattling, I'm left really disappointed.

Very unhappy with this location.. they do not tell you everything about the options you look at...when you buy it and get it cleaned the cleaner damages your stuff and the workers there do not care they try to cover up and say that's how it was when u purchased or that will come off over a period of time..wear and tear should come off under my care not the jewler
