Grate place to plan a trip at. However they cloud of done a better job planning the transportation.

She was so rude when she answered the phone , that alone made me not book a trip with this company .

Rude to my husband when he called a few days later.

Called inquiring for trip information. I was placed on hold to be transferred to an available agent. While on hold my toddler starts to cry. Of course, when the agent answered we couldn’t hear each other. Once I quickly silenced my child the agent, Denise, states “she can’t hear with a hollering baby in the background.” in a rude tone. Yes, I understand what she met. It was her verbiage and tone that was a complete turnoff for me. Not interested in doing business with this company.
