Thank you, Kelly, for arranging another fabulous vacation in Cancun! The private transfer is life! It was so nice to be the only couple taken directly to the resort with all the stops. Thank you. We absolutely love the resort and will return. The food options were great, the room was very spacious and comfortable with a butler box, Bluetooth radio in the bathroom, and an app that allows quest to request anytime of assistant. The Hobie Cat Catamaran was so much fun. Thank you again for all that you do!

5 Star Escapes is the Greatest. My Family has worked on multiple vacations with them including a cruise around Italy. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Kelly worked to get us the best price on each trip and even was able to get our Cruise price reduced multiple times (very usual!)
While travel does include some unexpected events from time to time, that’s part of the adventure, right; Kelly was available by phone even when we were in Italy to direct us on how to adjust on the fly to make the most of our adventures. Her attention to detail and knowledge of each location is unmatched. She is just the best.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and personal attention we received. Kelly plans every trip with the same enthusiasm and joy that she would feel if she were the one traveling, and she’s there at a moment’s notice if you encounter anything that isn’t 100% while you’re gone. Kelly from 5 Star Escapes Travel was simply fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, she walked us through the entire travel planning process -- including researching and recommending various international trip options, booking the best possible flights, and providing helpful travel tips and information (e.g., power adapters). She was readily and willingly available to us at all times to answer our questions and take care of any changing trip details. While other people on our tour experienced various travel-related issues, we did not encounter any problems because of her meticulous planning and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone. She was simply amazing!

Kelly listened to what we wanted and found the perfect tours for Paris and Nice along with a fabulous Viking cruise in between. She has great resources to find whatever you want!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We had special issues as my special needs grandson was going with us. Kelly worked until she found our requirements for a hotel on the Disney property with 2 bedrooms - it was not easy as she made changes 3 times to get exactly what we were looking for. You cannot make tour reservations until 60 days before you arrive at the parks. Needless to say, she also got that handled and was probably on the phone all day trying to do so. Once we arrived at our hotel, everything was taken care of. There were no glitches. Everything went as was asked for. The trip was way beyond our expectations. My 9 year old granddaughter had a great time, but to hear the laughter and smiles from my grandson were priceless. Just thanking Kelly is not enough. The trip was perfect and went better than we could have imagined. There is no way that we could have done any of this by ourselves. Kelly made our trip effortless and fantastic. We have not yet decided about next year, but you can bet that the person we will be calling for help in all our arrangements will be Kelly Brady. Thank you again Kelly. We could not have done it without all your help.

Kelly planned a 10 day trip to Italy for the four of us. When I say she left no stone unturned with regards to details, I mean it. From airport transfers to hotels, hotels, excursions, and so much more, our trip could not have run any smoother...no hiccups. That alone is great comfort when travelling in a country in which we had never visited. Each hotel was perfectly located for the sites and events of our trip. From Rome to Venice, it was lovely. Kelly went over and above for my group...she handpicked each and every detail, and put it together making a trip of a lifetime. I will use her for upcoming adventures.

Kelly was awesome. when american canceled our return flight from Greece 3 hours before departure, she stepped in and found alternatives with the same level of seating. This was from 2022. In 2023 she booked incredible private tours, including a river dinner cruise of the Eiffel Tower at night and through the Louvre and through the steets of Nice, France.

Kelly made wonderfully helpful travel arrangements for our cruise to Norway. She is very friendly and professional.

Kelly done an awesome job advising and scheduling our winter vacation to Hawaii. She utilized her experiences and firsthand knowledge to make recommendations to Cindy and me while planning our trip. The trip was a huge success, and all of her recommendations were spot on. Kelly is AMAZING!!! I told her what my husband and I were wanting for our honeymoon and she found the perfect fit! All we had to do was show up to the airport and she had everything in line from there. She has been an awesome travel agent for YEARS and recently, due to her vast experience, worked out last minute tickets to Indonesia, saving our mission organization considerable costs ... Then a day before departure, she had to cancel /change tickets due to an emergency hospitalization and greatly assisted, a week later, in getting me home (wheel chairs at every layover), while checking on me by phone as I traveled. What a trip of a LIFETIME! Kelly does not disappoint with the trips she has put together over the YEARS for our family and extended family!
