George and his crew run a great operation. I would highly recommend hertz Tyler to anyone. Great selection of cars and professional staff.

So very happy with this place (SW Loop, Tyler Tx)!!. Had a confirmed reservation at Enterprise; walked in to hear that they have no cars today or for the next 2 days and no attempt made to contact me. When I expressed extreme unhappiness that I would now have to call in for work, I was told the area manager would call me, but never received a call. Thankfully Hertz next door saved the day with a clean fun rental and a better rate! Thank you Hertz!!!!

The rental pickup is quick and the drop- off was even quicker...staff was very friendly. Thanks Jordan!

Jared was awesome helping me out today. I wasn’t comfortable with the car I was originally given at this location. I found a different car that I liked but it needed an oil change. He stayed an hour after closing just to help me out getting the car I needed. He’s a good guy with a good heart. A+++

Spent a very stressful 3 hours arguing with enterprise over a rental and who was paying. The rental was supposed to be paid by insurance due to someone t-boning my husband. Nearly in tears and frustrated as h#$$, state farm moved the reservation to hertz where I was connected with George. Such amazing customer service. The stress melted away and we even got a good laugh. Incredibly helpful and quick. He had the car availability before the end of day but since the collision place was closing soon we choose to try again tomorrow drop the car off to be fixed. George has top notch customer service skills. Thank you sir, 😊. You made a very stressful situation completely turn around. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

My insurance made a mess out of my reservation. I just want to say this location, George and his co-workers have made this aweful experience I'm having so much better! These guys are awesome. Would highly recommend them based on their customer service alone. Thanks guys!

I've been renting cars here for a few weeks and have always had courteous and thoughtful and helpful encounters with the staff.
My first car had faulty wipers so I exchanged the car elsewhere and they had no issues with the return.
My second (third) car had an emergency light which I contacted them about and they resolved for me.
In addition there was a rather sudden and awful emergency that caused minor complications with the return. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and helpful.
My rentals at this Hertz locations have all been good and I thank the folks working there for the pleasant experiences.

My husband and I were in a bad car accident on May 7th. We chose Hertz in Tyler, Texas for our rental car needs. They had a wonderful driver come pick me up at our home in Van, Texas to take me back to their office to pick up our rental vehicle. The office manager was very helpful. They made the transaction very smooth.

After visiting the athins location and being informed they couldnt help as we were not on a waiting list and they had no cars the tyler location and the extremely awesome staff was the saving grace for this co.

I ONLY rent from Hertz in Tyler. Rented last Friday and will again this Friday. It makes the long distance relationship and any leisure travel I have possible. They have the best prices, my car is ready for me when I arrive, and the ensure that I have a car with cruise control for my long distances.

Hertz has the best rates, unlimited miles and you can take the car anywhere in the country unlike other rental car companies. Manager Aristotle, Brad and the others know me on a last name basis, showing respect to me:) I also recently turned a friend onto Hertz, we both love earning points toward free rentals as well. 10 STARS all around! The remodeled office also looks great!

Jolee sat over an hour trying to get us into a rental. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to due to an issue with my credit card company. She did have John take my husband and I home so we didn’t have to Uber/Lyft for the fourth time today.

My car left me stranded on the side of the road. I called Hertz and they sent a rep out to pick me up and was there within 15 minutes. Excellent selection of vehicles and beyond superb customer service. Very friendly employees eager to help in my time of need.

I have been helped by an African American gentleman sitting on the right side when entering. He has helped with the return even when I was late by few minutes and allowed me to return the car without extra charge for another day.

Helpful in getting you backed on the road. hassle-free environment. Hertz care about meeting your needs when your inconvenience give them call. They will worked it out!!!!

This location has the best customer service!!! I was having a very bad day, came in, in tears. They took an uber to get their cars from a tire shop so that they could rent me a car. Even made sure that my babies car seat would fit before we finished the paperwork.
Great people, who really care!

I had a very good experience with Hertz of Tyler. I don't know how it happened but the windshield had a small chip, I got charged $50.00 for that which is not terrible. After everything was paid I asked her if someone can drop me off at work and to my surprise she got me a lyft for free to my workplace. Lashanda was really servisable and nice, I haven't received this kind of customer service in a long time. Thankyou!

I’ve rented several cars from them and they go above and beyond. Marques Thompson helped me this last time and was so helpful and made sure I was happy. They were so busy and he never tried to rush me or not answer my questions. I will continue to rent from them. Thanks to everyone there.

Pick-up is fast and trouble free here if you are a member of Hertz Gold Club. Even "off the street", rentals are no-hassle. Nice, newer, low-mile vehicles.

I love renting cars from this place. The service is awesome. No long wait times. And they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. THANK YOU HERTZ!! 😁
