Amazing selection of drinks and delicious food! Great place to celebrate an anniversary or just talk. Service was spot on and knowledgeable. High probability you will encounter a celebrity, former professor, or long time friend! Go for the drinks, stay for the food! Bit pricey but worth it.

If you're looking for a good place to go for post dinner drinks, Tin 202 is the way to go. We were having date night and decided we wanted to keep it with the classy vibe. The atmosphere and crowd were exactly what we were looking for. We had a seat at the bar and ordered some drinks. These came masterly crafted so we started chatting with the bartender Josh about the various types of liquor and ingredients and then he made some extra tasty drinks. He gave us samples provided with detailed explanations of the brands origin. He also kept the water glasses filled for the entire bar at all times. It was such a High level of service that it felt like entertainment. I have to agree that he, and tin 202, have earned their best of Morgantown. We had a blast with tasting all of the flavors and aromas. Personal favorites: brisket Mac n cheese, chocolate mousse and for drinks try their gin and tonic and shaken not stirred from the drink menu.

Best cocktail bar in the state. The food is good, but I tend to just get appetizers here. The charcuterie board is top notch!

Very knowledgeable bartenders can make anything, or recommend something new! Huge selection (for WV) of whiskey and a well curated selection of wine.

Well....I guess I found where I’ll be coming, oh I don’t know....EVERY TIME I’m back in Morgantown!!

Can’t say enough about this place, thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my time here.

Sat at the bar and immediately noticed that they have a great liquor selection, with my tastes leaning towards the bourbons and whiskeys.

Josh, the bartender, immediately makes everyone feel welcome and really knew his stuff when it came to their selection. (There is an Aussie bartender who is awesome as well, I’m a jerk for not getting his name).

I had the petite crabcake as an appetizer and the scallops for my entrée to help me wash down the Blanton’s and Old Forestor 1920 (the Aussie suggested this one and it did not disappoint! AUSSIE, AUSSIE, AUSSIE, OI, OI, OI!).

Oh, and for crazy bonus points they had the big rock (ice cube) - you’d be surprised how many people don’t, and it makes a world of difference.

A+ for the atmosphere, service, conversation, drinks, and of course the food. Don’t miss out on coming here if you’re in town!

Tin 202 was unexpectedly accommodating of vegan/ vegetarian requests. They were able to make vegan stuffed dates, a barley vegetable entree, and cauliflower steak (very filling!). Although it is pricier, the quality and adaptability of the menu is well above average. The atmosphere was elegant yet trendy, and the service was wonderful.

I have been all over the world, but this place is high on my list of "must visits" for anyone. I was in town to attend my nieces's MBA graduation as WVU. I don't do beer really and this being a college town, it was a challenge to find a decent bar. We walked down the street and popped into this little gem of a bar/resto. Don't let the cozy quaint atmosphere fool you, this establishment means business! The mixologist was superior and creates craft drinks that are outta this world. He is equaled by an incredibly talented chef. The pork belly special was totally satisfying and among the best I have ever enjoyed. If you're within driving distance, do yourself a favor and visit. You won't be disappointed. And, I truly never knew this place existed and have not been compensated in any way for this review. They totally earned it!

Tried our the new outdoor seating at Tin202. It was awesome, very metropolitan/Parisian al fresco feel. Morgantown needs more of this. Enjoy a summer night here for sure!

The only true cocktail bar in morgantown with some amazing and creative bartenders and an impressive bottle list. The food is spot on, It's impressive what they are able to create in such a tight space. You won't be disappointed. My only gripe (personal problem) is I wish they were open later so I could enjoy their offerings after I get off.

Tin 202 was great! We went at 4pm and opened the place up. Our server was great and explained the menu and options really well. We ordered 2 appetizers which was the Brussel Sprouts and the crab legs and they were both so good. We got what I think was called the jersey devils and the drink was also great. For dinner we they didn't have steak (yet it was coming later) so we got the Salmon and again the food tasted so good. We felt very comfortable here and I would definitely look forward to coming back again!

Absolutely, positively one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. The service was excellent! Our waiter very helpful and knowledgeable. My partner ordered the cheeseburger and I ordered the scallops. No doubt one of the best cheeseburgers I've tried. The scallops were just perfect! The atmosphere was very enjoyable along with the drinks we ordered. The experience overall was amazing! I highly recommend to all.

My friend and I went for a celebration dinner. The waiter was friendly and polite. It's a small casually upscale place to dine with old school charm.
The charcuterie board was amazing! Perfect blend of cheeses, meats and sweet and salty. Cocktails were wonderful and the espresso went well with my dessert.
We had the duck and streak. Rhe was the best I've ever tasted! The steak was delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender and juicy in the middle. I would've preferred no black beans on it and the corn and potatoes underneath the steak, but still, it was delicious! We will be back!

While I have had some inconsistent dining experiences here over all still 5 stars. Plus the cocktails are definitely and consistently best in town! They offer a wonderful Sunday brunch at a helluva bargain of a price too. So grateful to have a one of a kind place like this in our community.

Stopped by for drinks and appetizers. They place was packed and we had to stand when we first got there. Staff and bartender were all really nice. Drinks were good and the cheese and meat plate was great and had an excellent selection for the price. We will definitely return.

Tapas style and light-plates. Food was excellent. Service was great. My only complaint: of the 5 things I ordered, they were out of 2 of them, after only being open for 2 hours or so that day. That was frustrating. Otherwise - great experience and would go back.

Went here for an anniversary date, and we were impressed! Great selection, and I love the tapas style eating. They had some really cool house cocktails too. Perfectly timed service and great food, and they even gave us a drink on the house for our anniversary!!

What a wonderful evening. We choose to order each of the Tapas items off the menu and was so pleasantly surprised and enjoyed each one. Great cocktails and amazing wait staff...Will was so helpful and truly terrific. A great experience.

We’ve visited Tin 202 a few times and have always enjoyed the food and cocktails offered. Our most recent visit was highlighted by a delightful bartender (Aaron) who is clearly passionate about providing great service and really enjoys his craft. We discussed liquors and can see he is both knowledgeable and still curious. It was a great visit, with good food and atmosphere. It’s a must-try, we stop in every time we pass through Morgantown.

A group of us showed up pretty late one weekend night, and it was clear they had cleaned everything and were waiting to close, but the staff was so nice and welcoming. The bartender was happy to make us drinks, and even talked US into having another. The cocktails were also fantastic, as is the norm every time I go there. Tin 202 really turns slinging drinks into a craft.
