I can not express how much my family and I love this dealership! My sister bought a car from them in 2016 and it still runs perfectly no problems just maintenance, I purchased a honda accord in 2021 it’s my daily driver and as well no problems just maintenance. We are now on our 3rd car from here purchased another honda accord. This will be the ONLY dealership I will buy a vehicle from and the only one i recommend to people! My daughter found this 2015 Honda Odyssey on FB, throughly investigated it before messaging Heidi with particular questions based on what we discovered and Heidi quickly replied answering all the questions professionally and truthfully.
We drove over 3 hours to personally check it out. It was more like an inspection, every button was pushed, all storage compartments opened, fuse boxes, air filter, oil filter, owners manual and even the leather seats unzipped looking for any discrepancy. Couldn’t find anything wrong, misrepresented or suspicious! No high pressure sales pitch but more so the honesty and friendliness of everyone at Gulf States Auto made this purchase a huge success.
Definitely we’ll worth the long drive.

WONDERFUL people and service! My daughter bought a 2017 Sentra last year for 11k from Heidi. Last week, she hydroplaned and totaled it. The insurance company gave her 19k for the car- even with the rebuilt title!! So we went back to Heidi and bought a 2016 Altima! I bought cars from them 20 years ago as Troy Honda, and this family business is consistently as good as they come. There are no hidden fees, and the price they are giving you is the best price they can give, so you don't have to go in and haggle. They made sure everything in my daughter's car worked properly and it has features we didn't even realize it had when we purchased it- like remote start! They consistently deliver more than they promise, and I highly recommend them!

We had a terrific experience here! Our son is graduating from college and he was purchasing his first car. A lot of this was done over the phone and Heidi was so helpful and patient in answering all our questions. The buying experience was pressure free and pleasant, not at all what was expected after some previous used car buying experiences. We definitely recommend Gulf States Auto!
