Everything was great! Staff is great and make you feel at home, one of the staff workers even held my hand through the extraction. Dr. Redmond is great!

My first visit was scary but awesome (don't like the dentist) the staff was very informative, kind and prepared me for the worst (that's what I have always done in any situation). They made me a crown until the real one comes back. I am pleased with the dental work done so far. I will be back.

Dr. Redmond did my dental surgery with no pain at all. I was scared at first but when he started the procedure he kept me calm. He was so patient and kind. The staff are nice and friendly as well. West Alabama Dental Center highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome job!

Everything was great. I went in for a consultation and was 30 minutes late. I didn’t wait 10 minutes. Dr Redmond came out check my mouth and gave me advice on what to do. With his experience and knowledge I followed his advice. Reception on 5/20/22 was very professional and funny. I recommend them to anybody

Dr. Redmond is one of most AMAZING dentist I have ever met. Very attentive, and gives a pleasant comfort at what he does. Having full dental work done, I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. And my follow-up was pleasant as well ( WITH HIM ).The lady at the front desk has ALWAYS shown wonderful kindness unto me, and has NEVER shown any negativity in her attitude or demeanor. The nurse who works with Dr. Redmond were nice at one point, until I made it known I wanted my dentures cut back a little, due to them feeling uncomfortable, then her whole attitude and demeanor has been nothing but UNPLEASENT. After having my dentures in for only a week, she purposely shoved my dentures into my mouth, leading to more pain on top of what I was already feeling. After I was informed by Dr. Redmond if I was having any kind if issues or concerns to make it known. People can really be VERY RUDE AND UGLY in their ways. And her actions was purposely done. As much as I enjoy having Dr. Redmond as my dentist, I now regret going there from the start. If I had know that this kind of behaviour was going to take place, I would have spend the $2000.00 or more to go somewhere else than to have experienced the kind of behaviour his nurse displayed at the office. But I ALWAYS keep in mind, that what a person put out in life, is what they will reep in return. To be honest, I would rather have him recommend me seeing someone else, than to return and be around his nurse's shallow, unprofessional behaviour. Even if she tried to find a reason to dislike me, the least she could have done and still do was stayed professional, considering the procedure was paid IN FULL up front. SAD BUT TRUE. 😞 But it's only right to give this dentist and his front desk worker the most stars that's there to give.

From the awesome receptionist to wonderful Cheryl and Dr. Redmond best dentist I have ever gone to. Rates are great and my teeth are awesome. This clinic has done nothing but improve in last couple years. Thanks all!

Due to a bad experience as a child (@ Russell clinic in Selma), I am terrified of dentists!! I went in this place full of anxiety, nearly sick to my stomach, but I came out thanking these wonderful people who helped me feel better. I didn't feel any of the six shots given in my mouth, nor did I feel anything from the two teeth Dr. Redmond pulled! This place is awesome, and if I ever have any more dental trouble, I will be seeing them again!

Granddaughter had a wisdom tooth extracted same day of consult, and she healed nicely. No probs whatsoever. Staff here are very nice and helpful. Two thumbs up for the dentist! Hurrah for WADC!

Had 23 teeth extracted today and had dentures made have very little pain after the numbness wore off whole staff was curitious and kind thanks dr Redmond and staff

The top denture I got there for $375.00 fit perfect no adjustment needed fit better than the $1200.00 set my next door neighbor just ,got that has been taken back twice in one month for adjustments

My husband and I have went here a number of times and they are fair priced for people with low income they are all nice and professional I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get work don’t on your teeth
