We stopped here on our way back from a camping trip, and were greeted with warm, delicious food, and friendly, attentive staff. The Mac and cheese was to die for and they even cleaned our plates after we finished eating!

The absolute best family owned restaurant I have ever ate at! The food was great, the drinks were great and of course the family was phenomenal! 10/10 Everyone needs to come down to try their delicious food with the best service! They go out of their way to make you feel important, a great atmosphere full of lovely people!

If you haven’t already stop at Richardson’ Cafe you definitely need to. Always great good and friendly staff. My husband and I had the baked pork chop, fried chicken, Mac n cheese, cabbage and it was very delicious.

I ordered a white fish plate with onion rings and coleslaw. Lemonade to drink. It was delicious and fast and friendly service. It was amazing!

Catfish filets were excellent. .
Fried chicken gizzards were cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes appeared as though they were instant,no flavor, I claim this because the potato flakes wasn't blended well. Collards were seasoned well, either frozen or from a can?
Service was exceptional.
The meat alone will make us go back, delicious!

I had visited Richardson’s Cafe back when they first opened because I was so happy we had a new business down this way. They were just getting started when the pandemic came along. I decided to visit again today and spoke with Mrs. Richardson. She is so nice and professional and even suggested some of her favorites. I ordered the Whiting combo with fried okra and French fries. Everything was good with good portions! I also got lemonade as my beverage choice. It was so good I wish I had another one. The okra was also cooked perfectly. (I’m embarrassed to say I ate the entire plate of food.)
I am glad I stopped by and will be back to try other items. (I heard they are also serving breakfast on certain days.) Thank you for your hard work and for opening up a restaurant to serve our community!

Ate yesterday, every thing was great 👍 want to try Collard greens and corn bread soon. Neck bones also. What day do you serve them ??? Very good place to eat 😋

I am NOT a big fan of club sandwiches, but the young lady taking the order said that was their best sandwich so I ordered one. This was the best club I have ever eaten!!
The owner came by to check on my order and to see if I needed anything else with my meal!
Impressed!!

Honest, good food. Tastes like meals prepared at home. Plan to wait a few minutes, most food is prepared when ordered, not too long considering we had three plates with different foods on each one. We WILL go back again.

Richardson is always on point! The Pollard Family loves this establishment and happy the have came to this spot. We are regulars and always here bc the food is delicious and service with a smile 🙂 They moved to moundville and the ppl are still the best!

every time i go i get the catfish, it’s so good and always fresh, the customer service is amazing very nice , friendly , and patient. the restaurant is very clean. i had a good experience i go almost everyday.

The meatloaf and beans were great, but the macaroni and cheese was incredible!

This is one of if not the best burger ive ever had in tuscaloosa if you are in tuscaloosa you should come try it out they also make great okra and fries and good sweet tea i just wish they had soda lol
