Called to ask what forms of payment they accept; clerk told me if I was close to come on in, only 2 people in line! Always friendly and helpful. Purchased a vehicle, but was missing a page from seller... very helpful. Had to leave and come back but return visit was also quick. Asked if I wanted to use my old plate as I had a $52 credit on it. Very pleased!

The lady at window #7 was so pretty. So I kept letting people go ahead of me so I could get window 7. But the customer at window 7 took forever. So I had to settle for window 10. The lady at window 10 was very nice, and great customer service. 👍

The experience I am dealing with trying to get my deceased husband truck in my name after paying it off qhen he passed away is totally God awful! The lady that was working with me on all the issues because of the bank was the best attitude nicest most helpful person even out of 4 issues I was dealing with the mastered 2 and explained the process on the other two very well. Could not ask for a better person to deal with me.

Got there just in time before lunch time line hit, The lady helping us was great , any question I asked she answered and did not mind me asking what I did not understand and helped me thru it. I think they were a little short staffed there to start with but got people to more windows not long after line behind us started too build up. Thank you lady at #5 window for all your help.

My experience so positive. The line was long and moved quickly and service was efficient and polite.
As usual, any holdups was unprepared customers who didn't bring required basic information such as drivers license, proof of insurance, titles, etc

Needed a tag for the new car. Walked in and the line was loooong. At first I thought I would just come back another time but changed my mind when I saw that it was moving pretty steadily. Patrons were helped effeciently and i moved up quickly. Was pleasantly surprised by that and very impressed with the nice lady at window #7. She was courteous and knowledgeable and got us out quickly. Very impressed with our visit

The attendant completed an out of state title transfer request for me, which was very helpful and and she was a nice lady. Keep up the good work.

What a welcome (moving from St. Louis to sweet home Alabama) I received at this location. My Deputy Commissioner, Andrey, was professional in walking me through the steps to change residence. He's knowledgeable and patient. Thanks a bunch young man for your kindness and pleasant attitude. You are an asset in your field.

Ms. Smith, who assisted me with my drivers license, she was a really nice lady

Extremely quick and courteous staff. Never seen a RMV/DMV so fully staffed before. I was able to get everything I needed done within 6 minutes waiting less than a minute.

We got our license plate in a breeze. So efficient! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well.

The lady who helped us was VERY nice and helpful. She was polite and enjoyed doing her job.

The ladies had 5 windows open and things ran real smooth and pretty quick.

They are always friendly, weather it be renewing a ID, getting a car title/tag or getting a business license they are very knowledgeable and efficient. They are doing wonderful with the Covid restrictions as well.

It makes me feel very lucky not to be in Jefferson County where a trip to the DMV can take hours or even a day. This is another experience altogether. Well done Tuscaloosa county!
