Stayed one night. Checked in late. Front desk lady was super nice and accommodating. Room is huge and love the full fridge and microwave. Room was clean. The muffins were awesome and the kids loved all the breakfast options. Would be a great place to stay for long stays or short stays. Overall great experience. A few suggestions. The tile floor was sticky, maybe should try a different type of cleaner. The tub was very slippery when i stepped in, again not sure if it was from cleaning supply or just the tub material itself. Had to go to front desk for linens for sofa bed which was a minor inconvenience not sure if they are suppose to be in room or not but if not would suggest keeping a set in the room. Also would suggest one more mirror between the 2 wall cabinets in the studio area. Again just suggestions. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms- Rooms are okay. Great kitchen setup but the hallway flooring and wallpaper is quite the experience.

Service- We were helped by a woman named Nancy who was as pleasant and professional as they come. She made sure we were taken care of, had an apple since we hadn’t eaten and made it a quick and easy process which was so appreciated after our long day.

Location- We liked the location. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and we walked a mile around the hotel and nearby shops/restaurants to get our steps in and felt very safe in the location.

After reading some of these reviews, not sure what hotel they were staying at. We booked this hotel to break up the drive home back to Florida from Memphis, TN. Room was super clean and not issues. Needed additional towels and there was no issue there getting them. Bed comfortable and clean. We were on the 4th floor and it was super quiet with no issues. We didnt do the breakfast so I cant comment on that. But overall, a nice clean hotel.

I've seen so many negative reviews that I was surprised when I walked into our room. It's quite nice, perfectly clean and nicely appointed. It has a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, all clean and in good shape. The worst thing we've found are a few clean dishes in the dishwasher, still damp so probably washed by housekeeping.

Check out the gym, nicer than most with a Peleton bike.

Breakfast was nice, lots of choices. Coffee was very good!

We stayed at Dothan, Alabama as we evacuated from the hurricane. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. The food was hot, ready and and supplied well. Sarah at the front desk was amazing. Very professional. Would definitely return.

Clean, inviting, and location is far enough away for rest while offering every city amenities. Home 2 Suites by Hilton have been fairly standard across the US. Rooms were being renovated and new ductwork put in is the only reason I gave a 4. Lobby, gym, pool, office were all the standard above and beyond.

My husband and I along with our three children stayed almost a week at Home 2 Suites and absolutely loved it!!! We will be staying here every time we travel to Dothan from now on. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. The front desk clerk Courtney was very helpful and sweet. The housekeeper Jennifer that did our housekeeping request was AMAZING!!!! She made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very polite and made us feel so welcomed during our stay . All the staff was very nice. Loved everything about this place!!

Before I even arrived to the hotel I received the best customer service from team member Mrs. Dominique. She was so professional and helpful. I was traveling to Alabama to attend my grandfather's funeral and she was so accommodating. When I arrived I was very pleased with my room. It was spacious and clean. It was everything I needed. This hotel was perfect and I have no complaints. The hotel is located in a great place near restaurants and stores. I truly enjoyed my stay after an emotional time in my life.

Hands down the absolute best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at to date. The staff was unbelievably kind and professional, my room was immaculately spotless and clean complete with a hand written note from Loretta wishing us a blessed and pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wonderful selection. This Hilton was perfect, thank you.

I stayed there from February 6th - 9th. Clean comfy rooms; however, I have to brag on the staff! I hate I didn't get names, but the staff working 6A on those mornings were very people friendly and polite. The clerk and breakfast staff made me feel welcomed every morning I walked to the gym and fixed my breakfast. I travel quite a bit and the mannerisms they displayed does not come often. So, I'd like give recognition when it's due!

This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites, and it was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and soft, and the sheets luxuriously soft. It was the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel! The rooms were nice and quiet, too. No disturbances from the guests on either side. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again.

My stay was great! The room was very large and clean, amenities weren’t over the top, but very nice and adequate.
The service and staff were extremely helpful! The breakfast was solid, I enjoyed the sausage and egg scramble bowl they had made. The staff greeted us every time we entered the lobby, Bettia was extremely welcoming.
Would stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay here. There are plenty of nearby dining options and the brief interaction with staff was pleasant. One of my key complaints for a lot of hotels is the lack of parking. That wasn't a problem here. Remote check in and keyless entry worked flawlessly.
If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to give more variety on the pillows. While I didn't mind the super soft pillows, my wife left wishing she had brought hers. I didn't ding for this because I understand that everybody has a different taste and you can't please everybody all the time.

The lady in the kitchen made my whole trip she is awesome! Friendly and very helpful!

Nisha and Cortani were both fantastic. It was a last minute stop with our new born babies from St. Louis to Florida. Nisha helped us find the perfect connecting rooms and got us settled quickly. Cortani helped us in the morning. Both ladies were fantastic. The hotel rooms were big and nice! I definitely recommend this location!

We came in last night for a funeral, so we checked in later. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. we had 5 people in our party and everyone had Plenty of room. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Need new pillows. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent staff and breakfast. Clean room :).. Please serve cookies at night.

The first room looked ok until I pulled down covers on bed. For a king bed it only had 3 very thin pillows, then I noticed what looked like a mattress cover for a blanket.I told my husband to ask manager to look at room. She walked into room I showed her cover situation, so she said let's just change it all, so we started pulling off cover and noticed someone had urinated all over mattress cover and someone just put a clean sheet on it, the urine was dried nasty. The manager decided to find us another room so I checked it good, it was nice clean. The manager was very apologetic about situation.

Andrea and her staff are amazing and treated me like family. That's all one could ask for on extended stays! Thank you everyone for your kindness.

It was a nice place with a welcoming staff! It fit our family of 6 just fine. Glad we stayed here!
