Great service. Every time I've visited, they are ready to answer all your questions. 3 weeks ago, my daughter ordered a gaming computer, and yesterday, my husband bought the shokz head set. They sound great. This is my best buy store of preference.

Great experience! I don't recall the gentlemans' name that helped me, but he was great. I have been waiting to buy a new TV for several months, and he helped me figure out the best option. Very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service. We will be back when I am ready to buy a soundbar for the new Sony TV. Thanks for great service!

Went in for PS5. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Store layout was very simple as all the gaming system were at customer service. They also has a display to show what gaming systems they had in stock along with the price.

I really hope management sees this. After an unfortunate morning of my 4 year old smashing our tv I went to replace it. Sunni is the name of the tv guru at this location. She put up with all my annoying questions and took the time to really help me. She was fantastic and I am extremely grateful for her help.

My sales girl saved me $600 on a laptop by showing me a returned item but it was still brand new. Awesome customer service

Helpful computer associate sold me what I needed and didn't try to oversell me of anything I didn't want. Really appreciated the in and out because I was in a hurry.

This bestbuy has some really knowledgeable staff. The managers helped me solve problems I had with being shipped items that were not in very good condition. The employees here made recommendations and helped me to figure out what better suited my needs with my new entertainment wants.

Employee in the TV department was very helpful, answering my questions,, explaining how a certain TV works and even took it out to the car after the purchase was made. You don't find help like that everywhere

I was at Best Buy in Dothan, Alabama today and am very happy I got to meet Jason K. because he gave me FIVE STAR customer service! Jason went above and beyond and found the perfect All-in-One computer for me. He was super friendly and highly educated on the many types of hardware on the market today. It is nice to see such a great attitude, especially these days when nobody wants to work. If I was Jason’s boss, I would give him a raise because it is too difficult to replace an employee like Jason! Best Buy better take care of Jason or simply put… they will lose money.

Great customer service. Had a vacuum break on us after 2 1/2 years and had the warranty. They refunded us the cost of the vacuum with store credit, and we went out and picked a new one right away. Definitely worth getting a warranty.
