I went this morning to get a birth certificate and they were taking pictures for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I waited for a minute or two and once they were done I went to my place and I received the nicest treatment. One amazing woman automatically assisted me and then another walked with me and talked and then the lady that helped get the certificate was so sweet. Best experience I have had at a government facility in a while.

My experience was really comforting. Front desk checked me in at WIC . I went early in the morning so there wasn’t that many people to wait in line. Paperwork went smoothly, just long. The nurse who took my vitals was kind, did her job and left. The nurse practitioner Jayne Turner ,was very comforting and helpful and vibrant. I was initially nervous but she took my nerves away. She helped me throughout my visit and exam there and was very reassuring. She heard me and listened and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t body shame me. Not everybody is like that so I’m just grateful that there are a few people who actually care about patients in this field.

I went to this office to get a copy of my birth certificate. The entire process took about twenty minutes, and I was on my way with my birth certificate in hand Great job!

I was able to receive my first shot of the vaccine. The entire process once I arrived on site was very organized and professional. Very thankful and very impressed

We were in and out fairly quickly. A good experience. We will come back. Staff had great, helpful, friendly, attitude.
