Jack's

I went in to buy gift cards for Christmas for my father, who LOVES Jack's breakfast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I even earned a $5 gift card for every $25 spent. So, I was happy about that...because their fries are my favorite!

I have dined at this restaurant from time to time since 2019, and I must say, within the last few visits this year I have noticed a significant improvement in customer service, management, order speed/wait time, and overall atmosphere of this Jack’s location. I only leave reviews when I feel it is warranted and after my wonderful recent visit at this Jack’s I just had to come share the love in review form. I tried the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich and couldn’t have been more satisfied, try it if you’re a chicken sandwich fan, your tastebuds will thank you. In conclusion, I was treated like a valued customer at this location and will, without a doubt, be returning for more soon.

The place was crazy busy when I came there, but the workers still tried their best to accommodate me. That showed and earned my respect. Not to mention that the classic Big Jack was great. I recommend!

We rarely stop for burgers because most places aren't as good as they used to be. Jack's is a rare exception. The hamburgers are tasty and the fries are exactly what I like. Jack's is our go to for a quick meal on a trip. Many years ago I met the founder of Jack's Hamburgers.
Who remembers their great jingle ?
I do. I wish they were still fifteen cents.
But at least they are still really good.

Amazing customer service great smile shout out to the cashier at the front counter and the lovely young lady with the pretty eyes they made me laugh and gave me fresh food thanks for the extra sauce I needed it

Always always good! Fresh and so many choices to choose from. Crispy bacon if you like that or chopped steak to country fried steak to burgers. Jack's is a longtime favorite here in Tuscaloosa. I see why now..One customer told me that Jack's was here before even McDonalds was. Great place to dine.

SOOO GOOD! The fried chicken was CRISPY and LIGHT! It was so good and not greasy one bit!! Super flavorful! Mashed potatoes were delicious, that gravy MANNN!! All around delicious!!

I'm vert satisfied with the service I receive at Jack's on Highway 69 South near Hillcrest High School. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is good & my family frequents this location at least 3-4 times a week. We get quality food at a reasonable price.

Ordered using online app. Super easy! Cashier was full of smiles and very nice. Our food was on point. Will be back ✌😃

The 8 piece or 12 piece to go box was great. Also, the drive thru cashier was great and very accommodating. I will never eat at KFac again unless it's free.

Fresh food and great service
