N.O.W: Nothing Over Will

A gym that you need to try out N.O.W
As a former college-athletes, I sustained a few injuries during my intercollegiate years that have hindered me from performing my best in the gym. I've worked with a few personal trainers in the CU area hoping to strengthen my weak points. None were a match to my specific needs. A friend recommended Nothing Over Will and to this day I'm grateful she did so. My first training session with Kam started with baseline testing. I was impressed with how thorough the first session went. I left the gym feeling a renewed sense of confidence. It’s been 5 months since then and the nagging aches and tightness that hindered me before has subsided. I appreciate Kam's in-depth knowledge of kinesiology and his willingness to educate his clients. I’ve not only advanced in my weight training but also my understanding of human kinetics.
The facility itself is a good size for an independent gym. It is never crowded! Since the gym is open to all members at all hours people filter in and out at different times, which makes it easier to get workouts done. Gone are the days of waiting forever to get a squat rack. There is a separate area for stretching/cooling down with different resistance bands and foam rollers-an added bonus. The people who train at N.O.W are determined. You can tell that they’ve looked forward to coming there.
This isn’t just a gym. It’s a community where people, no matter their level of experience, can prosper. A place to check out N.O.W

I found this gym after the Covid shut down when I was not comfortable going back to a crowded large gym and now it’s my favorite to be in this size space. Honestly I’ve been struggling with how to give a review because good reviews lead to popularity and as you get popular you have to grow and I’d love to keep it to myself! But N.O.W. Deserves to grow. If you are into real results, they will get you there and push you in ways that you are cheating yourself. So, join! It’s worth the price and reasonably priced for all you get in my opinion.

Nothing Over Will has inspired me to push myself to recover from a bad marriage and ugly divorce. They are energetic and joyful and believe in the overcoming power of the human spirit! Training with them is organized and sequential, building in intensity and building my strength. I love the people and the place!

Everybody has a gym journey… and since joining Nothing Over Will I have learned to recreate a vision of what it means to be a “healthier you” in all ways physically, mentally and even spiritually.

Kam and Ciara Fry have been such a blessing to my fitness life.

The environment is filled with love, excellent communication, fun vibes, diverse music and if you want some comedic relief they can ensure you a few laughs by the end of your workout!

Go N.O.W! As a former local athlete and a former division 1 athlete, I have always wanted access to an independent gym. I love the flexibility and environment it has. It is very inclusive and you will be able to maximize your individual goals in an environment like this. It is only improving because of the passion Kam Fry and Ciara Fry have for this place and the community. I highly recommend you check it out!

I’ve struggled with maintaining consistency in the gym for years. I’ve been to many gyms including the big guys like Crunch and Planet and nowhere has ever come close to replicating such an incredibly friendly and motivating environment. Owners Kam and Ciara Fry both care for anyone who comes through the door, and genuinely helps you find comfort in your body. I love this gym and will forever be a member!!!

I’ve came to this gym multiple times and every experience has been great! The equipment is very nice and there’s a machine to hit every muscle in your body. Kam Fry and Ciara Fry are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to form and executing workouts correctly. If you want to hit your New Years resolution goals I highly recommend starting your journey at this gym!

Highly recommend looking into training here! Been training with owner Kam from before they opened and it’s been a seamless transition into this facility on Springfield. Extremely professional and flexible with scheduling with a great atmosphere and upbeat music that helps make the workout enjoyable! Everything is sanitized before and after use and I never have to worry about the gym being packed past capacity like some local gyms. 10/10
