If you come in early in the morning around the time it opens, the service is fast and the people are nice. Not sure how other people's experiences were (especially given the bad reviews), but when I went around this time it took probably only around 5 minutes before I had my package and was out the door. Great service.

I always have a pleasant experience here, and I ship out packages very often. The staff has always been really sweet and even helps me figure out how to cut costs if I need a cheaper way to ship.

The staff at this post office have been helping us send packages abroad for years. Dejoy has made the post office less efficient, so it’s not the fault of the staff. There used to be two people working at the same time most days, but now it’s usually one person. There didn’t used to be a long wait time, but now it’s common. Minus one star because they close for lunch at odd times (sometimes 2pm) and tell you to go somewhere else. If it were always at the same time, it would be easier to avoid. Or if they didn’t close and had people rotate out to take lunch so they wouldn’t shut everything down.

I ordered a product on November the 25th. Been a week so I contacted the merchant who at first told me the wrong shipping company, FedEx. Well it's USPS and I contacted them and they have even received my damn package yet. It is only coming from Texas. What is that issue exactly!?

Lines are always long in the lobby, there is no heat or air so it’s gets hot fast waiting in the summer. The delivery service shoved a packaged in my apartment mailbox so tight that it took ten minutes To wiggle loose and bent my items. Giving 3 stars only because I have never had a rude staff member, they have to be hot too waiting on everyone.

8 people in line and only one attendant. It's not an in and out stop. Make sure you give yourself 20 mins.

Not receiving all of my mail recently even though it has my correct address on it. But they can certainly drop off mail for past residents. Tried to get help at the P.O. but the lady was not helpful (polite though).

This has been my home post office since 2002. Front desk is usually, but not always, rude! They usually work extremely slow! They choose whether or not they will deliver a package or mark it as “No Access to Delivery Location” because they do not want to bring it to the front door. If you’re in a hurry please avoid this location!!!

Horrible post office, looses packages, fails to deliver and I get mail for as many as six addresses all delivered on one day and none of it mine. My address is clearly marked on both the exterior and interior of my box. They often return packages rather than deliver them. Claiming my address does not exist or that it was undeliverable for some unknown reason. This is the worst of the worst. And when you complain they give you attitude.
