State Street Parking Garage

I had to go to a store in New Haven, Ct. one Saturday and was looking for a place to park. I drove past the store and had to go around the corner. I was so excited when I saw this sign!! I parked and went back after 3 hours of dining, shopping and people watching. I paid and couldn't get a receipt. I pushed the attendant button and asked to be mailed one. Yes, it came!! I will most definitely park here again if I'm ever in the area.

Planning on parking here tonight. I have high hopes for this one.

Great place to park

It's a a parking garage, nothing more and nothing less. You must pay using credit card as the entry gates are automated and the facility is not staffed on a regular basis.

Decent garage we use for work. Security isn't great though. My car was broken into here and a few items stolen out of it.

"8pm " written in the smallest font and barely visib when driving in. We were essentially locked out of our car because the entirety of the parking lot is locked down. No one to pick up the phone or any customer service. AVOID

YOU UPCHARGE ALL CARD HOLDERS $20 and promised 24/7 guards and all I see are more smashed windows, flooded with chemical stairwells and smashed windows. And people double parking with no consequence.
