Elm City Market

Very nice older gentleman manager. I love their meat specials. They have a great variety of international foods. If you are polite they honor their mistakes. Do not yell at them, they are great and polite members of society who work there and keep the store open for us.

I've noticed this building for months and I finally had time to check it out. This is honestly one of the most amazing markets I've shopped at. First, its beautiful and spotless. There's so much to choose from, pretty much all organic. I was thoroughly impressed. Very helpful staff, friendly patrons. Nice little cafeteria area. Coffee and tea station (they have blue agave nectar). Such a health conscious environment!

The quality of the products are great. A little pricey I think. There is also a little area where you can sit to eat. They have sandwiches and other food, coffee and tea.

Always worth a stop late in the day for high quality backed goods at a discounted price.
Store is well stocked with quality products. A great downtown amenity.

I shop at Elm City Market, a few times per month. Their greens and other vegetables are fairly priced. They have an amazing selection of healthy beverages. If organic and healthy is your thing, Elm City Market is one of the best.

I was so thankful when elm city market opened. For a reasonably small place, they have a great selection of healthy produce and natural brands. Their fruit/veg section is always nicely stocked and they have more than just the average options for GF, Vegans, veg, and paleo.

In my experience the staff has always been very friendly, happy, and helpful. The cafe is nice for a quick sit down and they always have a colorful selection of flowers and house plants for purchase. The prices are general higher than say Trader Joe's, etc. but it's well worth it for the convenience!

Love to gather here for informal, sometimes formal meetings and enjoy the markers ambience as well. You can depend on locally sourced foods and the options of having a nice cup of Joe and a well balanced organic breakfast served as well. I just purchased 2 dairy free coffee creamers from there and I am disappointed in this purchase, I payed almost 6 bucks for each and the creamer was coddled.

Awesome organic products. Local products as well. Worth a visit if you like to support a local business

I know many people will say they can be pricy BUT you find the most delicious little things here like the pastries, already made food (hot & cold) they carry a lot of vegan stuff which you cant find much at stop and shop and etc

Always a great experience here. The employees here are friendly and very helpful! Love the fresh organic produce and the fresh wild Caught salmon. Some organic products are pricey but I believe that's everywhere. My family is worth it. ❤

Extremely neat and orderly. Friendly helpful staff. Checkout lines move swiftly. The meat cases were full of beautiful cuts of meats. Fresh bakery goods are plentiful. The salads are huge and could easily be portioned into 2 meals. You can purchase and abundant amount of organic products. My daughter is is Vegetarian paradise and is delighted with options. Handicap accessible with plenty of room to maneuver throughout the store.
On the bus line. Parking availability. I give this market a 10 out of 10.

Great food, variety and reasonable prices. Have prepackaged, fresh, grab and go and will make fresh hot and cold items to order. Big produce section. Big cheese section. Nice bakery section. Large number of dairy choices (e.g. ~ 5 different brands of milk pints). Can by large packs or single items. Nice staff. Overall: I was impressed and would go back often.

Although I am a person who isn't into eating healthy, I still say that this place is a must for anyone who hasn't been to a place like this. Its like a whole foods and a stop and shop combined into one healthy foods market. My favorite things that they have at this market are the red bean buns and the flank steak. I am definitely coming back to this place!

I was actually surprised by the selection in this nice neighborhood market! It had a nice affordable selection of meat and basic staples. The prices matched the quality and it's a convenient place to shop for basics like toilet paper or speciality items such as gluten free beer.

My favorite is the salmon with the Brussels spirits and roasted curry cauliflower!!!

They sell, my favorite Willoughby's coffee.

Pretty good and clean market place. They also have special event that if you purchase more than $40 on the wednesday, you can take home a roasted whole chicken for free (worth $10). The employees are nice and very helpful here!

Very clean and bright grocery store in the midst of a busy city. The seafood counter offers a variety of fresh fish but the handmade salmon cakes are delish! The products are healthy and often locally sourced.

Very nice city style market. Great selection. Everyone working there clearly was going out of their way to make shopping there a pleasure. Had everything one could need with excellent quality. Prices are of course quite high. This is a go to spot for when you are entertaining and want something special to cook. My daughter loved the prepared foods, cheese selection, and produce. Only downer was some of the (I am guessing) regular shoppers are not used to real world situations; like having to wait for someone to, heaven forbid, perform a price check, redeem a Groupon, make them lose a few minutes of their day..... A line formed behind me of no more than a few people and the next lady in line, who was 60+ and should have known better...,was rude to the cashier and manager about a maybe 3 minute wait... The manager was so professional and offered to move all her items to another lane and ring them up quickly, she refused and continued to be miserable, big frown... Sadly the rest of the line seemed to echo her attitude.
