I went in to buy sneakers for a youth child. I requested help and the assistance came over to help. I asked for the size I needed, and she got them very quickly. Also, told me if I needed any more assistance to let her know. I was very satisfied with my customer service at Hibbett Sports in Tuscaloosa Mall.

I was greeted by two employees as I entered the store. They asked if I needed anything in particular. I found what I needed, they checked me out fast and they were very friendly. I was pleased.

Shipping here was great! Found what I needed in no time and got a matching shirt to go with my shoes

I didn’t find what I was looking for but I did get a great deal on some shoes that I had been looking for, the color specifically. My go to store when shopping locally and online.

These are the most polite and helpful people that I have ever met every time I enter Hibbett’s it’s nothing but smiles ❤❤❤❤❤

The employees were great! There one was employee in particular, my receipt says that her name is Joy. She was fair skinned and I believe she had curly hair (my memory is fogged) but she was extremely helpful and very professional! She recommended that I buy a Nike t-shirt to match the alabama Nike bottoms from my pickup order, and directed me to the alabama nike shirts that would look best with the pants I bought and helped me look. Keep up the customer service and Thank you!!
