I was just shocked that this mall was actually open. I truly believe we need to start going out to shop again instead of ordering online.

Great deals. 2 stores in the mall, one for men's and other for women's clothing. Higher end brand names. Like a combo of Dillard's clothes and Macy's deals. Very clean.

The jewelry department was very friendly and helpful , in short word stellar 👌

Briana at Belk with Elizabeth Arden Belk, in the University Mall in Tuscaloosa, Alabama was so Awesome. I needed help in finding liquid face foundation. Found one that was the perfect tint for me, in a lovely compact. Next step is finding the right perfume. Thank you Briana. I will be back.

Always love the store, But especially the Estee Lauder staff. They're very friendly and are always willing to help find you the right product even if it's not their brand. If you visit the Tuscaloosa store go to Estee Lauder and ask for Yukari, she's the best!

I was really surprised by Belk today. We went in only looking for a new pillow. Finding what we wanted, we started to check out when the (really helpful) sales associate showed us a way to save 50%. Wow- thanks!
We noted a really nice selection of luggage....never even knew that they sold it. 50% off again...we'd been looking for replacement carry-ons.
Found some cookware that we'd been thinking about. 50% again.
And I thought they just sold clothes...

Associates were friendly and helpful. One stopped and offered to help us. She was so courteous and knowledgeable. Same hours for the nice lady at the jewelry counter who checked us out. She took care of our new clothes and was sweet to my elderly mother who can be a "hoot", some day! Lol. Great visit and I found a wonderful dress to wear to my son's retirement from the Air Force. A very important purchase. Thanks Belk! You were just what we needed!

I just love this store! They always have a great sale going on somewhere in the store! January they have a blowout clearance sale with up to 80% off many of the clothes. We shopped for clothes for my daughter in college getting ready to student teach, so she needed kid proof sitting on the floor nice but not too nice clothes she could wash. We bought 5-7 pairs of pants, long and short sleeve shirts and dresses, more clothes than we could carry. Over 20 pieces for under $200!! If you like sales you must go now!

I absolutely love the staff that works here.
Free is a delight and very attentive , friendly and professional.
She and her colleagues are very knowledgeable on showing how to use the products they sell and might even show how going out of your comfort color pallet is not as scary as you may think it is.

They have high quality clothes in a variety of styles. You can good deals if you spend a little time looking. The place is kind of a maze, though, and there's a lot to sift through, so I don't recommend coming here unless you have at least an hour.

Today was a great day. Customer Service was great. I ordered a purse that wasn't in the store, Mrs. White at the jewelry counter ordered it for me, her service today was 5 stars. Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Great Sales today.

Went in looking for jeans...they had a chart up with 15-20 styles describing leg & thigh form with numbered styles. I got 517 cause I wear boots occasionally. The host was busy but they were all sectioned per numbered style. Bought two.

I had to get a sport coat for the rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding and the team at Belk made it easy to shop. the lady in the big and tall area was very helpful and got us checked out in a hurry. I have always liked Belk and experiences like the one that I had this time is the reason why I will always come back.

The store was quite full of bargains and a great selection of just about anything you could want, at any price range you desire. Service was abit slow but that was because of all the shoppers lined up to get in on the great buys. Clean and well organized as usual, this is my favorite store to shop in the Tuscaloosa area

I usually have the worst experience with some of Belk employees, especially at the fragrance department. Is it just me?? Why is it like pulling teeth to get sample perfumes?? Today I went in to purchase a needed and necessary bra and I had my best experience yet with a Belk employee! She politely sized & educated me, patiently waited while I made a decision and respectfully treated me as a customer! I truly enjoyed her! Thumbs up to Belk for the first time in years!!

I went to Belk today and I had a great experience the lady that was at the perfume counter tonight was very helpful she had great customer service and I appreciate that.
