My son and I went to this Verizon retailer after being frustrated with a different retailer. William, our customer service person was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and warm. He really took the time to help us, answer all of our questions and helped us make the best decision for our family of 6. I highly recommend this retailer and ask for William he is wonderful! Thank you for making a technicality challenged moms life easier!

I've been in the store twice. First I had a problem which they easily fixed. Second time I purchased a new phone. Simone applied the screen saver and made sure everything transferred. Very pleasant experiences.

This was my second phone purchased from this location, and again I had a great experience! Carissa was awesome, took the time to make sure my device was ready to go before I left the store! 10/10 would recommend any Verizon customer to come here!

Will was very knowledgable and friendly during the process of getting new phones for myself and my dad. The process took a while but it certainly didn’t feel like it was. There were some problems we ran into with trying to transfer data from android to iPhone, but Will did his best to complete what he could. He was very patient with us, in the end everything was completed and we left with two new phones.

1st time visiting the store, stopped in to pick up my sim cards bc I'm switching over to Verizon. Carissa was very friendly and extremely nice!! That alone made me happy with making the switch over to them!

Love the staff here! Will, Leigh Ann and Nick are all GREAT! They're patient with me no matter how silly I think the question is, educated very well on devices and plans. They're all just awesome! Would give 10 stars if could!!!

Most knowledgeable and helpful place I've ever been for getting your phone service. I will be a Customer for life. Ask for Brittany best service by far you can get give that young lady a raise!

Leigh was awesome, we ran into a lot of snags and she patiently and meticulously went through each step with us, gave us several options pointing out the best deals. She combined our accounts and got my mom a new phone.

We ended going to this location because our normal location was closed, it was the best thing that could have happened. They are very professional here , very knowledgeable of their products, and they dont try to sell you everything they have. Also they are super nice.
