Our first schnucks, kind of close to a Kroger where I'm from, plastic grocery cart with cup holder is really cool. The little cakes were so cute.

Schnucks grocery stores have always been my choice! I've lived in Madison and St Clair Counties and not only has there always been one close, the store itself is well kept, has excellent produce, a variety of each type of thing, and offer many store brand items for a lower price. And this location is no exception. The carts are plastic. They have a good sized self-checkout area. The normal check out lanes have a system with one line and they tell you when the next available register is ready for you and which number it is. I have no idea about bathrooms here. I have seen other people with children and they get little carts to push around but I'm not sure where they are kept. The bakery and deli area always tempts me. They do have fast-grab meals in the deli area as well as proportioned items from the deli if you just want to grab what you like. We've gotten kabobs and fancy burgers from the meat department and would recommend to anyone. I'll be going back to this Schnucks location next week when I need groceries again! There is a USBank location as well as an ATM.

Update: The bathrooms are by the doors by the frozen section. Haven't been in them but that's where they are. Also, the fun carts for kids are kept at the very end of the checkouts by the frozen section. I prefer this location to the Edwardsville Schnucks.

Clean store & courteous, pleasant checkers

One of our sub-zero days I had to make a grocery run. One of the must haves on my list was ice melt, which I couldn't find. At the register Carrie the checker asked if I found everything I needed. I told her the only thing I was missing was ice melt. She looked along the front of the store where she'd last seen some but it was gone. She asked a young man who was bagging & he told her where to find more. She ran to the area & came back with 2 bags for me. She went above & beyond for me. Thanks, Carrie, for rescuing my shopping trip!

Absolutely love this store! Everyone is so friendly, they are on top of things when the lines back up and they are quick, never have issues with pricing, their app is great and so easy to use. I no longer forget coupons! Favorite grocery store in Collinsville. Appreciate all the workers there, so much! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Excellent shopping. Has been remodeled without making store oversized as other locations in the area. Also, they have provided brand new full and half sized plastic carts that are pure joy to use and quiet. Things are located super easy for quick or big stop trips.

Beautifully laid out grocery store. I love their produce and deli departments. Quality food, name brands.

They were very nice and especially to my granddaughter. My granddaughter was telling everyone Merry Christmas and was polite to everyone. The Store Manager gave her a a snowman balloon that meant a lot to her. I really appreciate the kindness of the Store Manager and the other employees and the shoppers.

Friendliest stores in town! They do scrip for charities and also rewards card. Checkout peeps are sweet to you. Great produce section and the big guy in frozen voluntarily put me onto some additional frozen veggie varieties which were also on sale.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Very clean and will have almost anything you need at any given time. Another plus....if you are a US bank customer they have banking hours until seven p.m. on week days and until 5p.m.on Saturday.

The bakery here is one of the best bakeries in the entire area. It blows out every other schnucks in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the deli and the flower shop here as well. I highly recommend the Collinsville Schnucks!
