Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

We had a plumber come out the same day and got the job done well for a fair price! The water line to our refrigerator was leaking and it got repaired within a few hours of calling Roto-Rooter. My technician, Jeremie, was great! He was very nice and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave some insight into how to maintain our pipes. Really impressed with the price and how quickly everything got done!

Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced technicians cleared out the sewer line in my house. Blaine and his work partner Joseph were great! Answered questions, explained details, showed me the camera view inside the sewer. Even delivered the next steps news (repair work required) in a tactful way. Highly recommend for friendly, fast and reputable service!

First time having to call a plumber. The dispatcher was really nice and helpful. They called and confirmed my appointment the day of and told me who the technician will be coming. Cody was was early then what was expected. Not complaining because I had a lot to do. He was really nice and took the time to explain what he was going to do. It took less than 5 minutes and he was done. The price was fair. I will definitely call them again.

They came out right away, they did a perfect, and excellent job. I will recommend them to friends and family for their work. When I need work again we will contact them. Thank You very much.

We called several drain cleaning businesses on New Years Eve because are drain in the basement was not draining and backing up. Some did not call back or were not available till Tuesday. We called Roto Rooter and they came that day and fixed the problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

While Tim was opening up our drain Jason came with a camera to look at our line. They found that we had problems with our line it had a belly in it. They came up with a plan to fix our line more permanently. We have been having problems with our line for a long time so even though it was expensive we agreed that it needed to be done.

So Tony came a couple of days later to do the fix it became apparent while trying to fix it that it was not going to be an easy fix. Jason came back to decide how to proceed. Jason and Tony came up with a new plan and brought Wade in to help with the fix. We ended up having to have some sort of injection pump put in the basement. Wade came and did all the work in the basement he did not leave until he had everything working great.

Everyone that has helped us get this problem fixed have been great. We really appreciate everything they have done for us.

The work was done in a timely manner. All of the employees were very professional. Truly appreciated the services.

Update: Had to call them back the third time due to still having a leak in a light fixture. Was charged a service charge! The fixtures should have been removed on the first day because it contained water. Three days later, after my grandkids and I used the light, I was informed there was water in the fixtures. It had never been checked out. However, I informed them, on day one, of the water that ran through it.

My entire experience with roto was pleasant. They got me scheduled quickly and the price was fair. I’m taking the time to write this review because of how professional, polite, and good at his job Cody, the technician they sent to help was. He is excellent and if I have any future plumbing issues, I will use Roto and request Cody.

Had a leaking water heater and Gary did a great job of communicating the issues and what we could expect. In the near future we will have it replaced and will ask Roto Rooter to put Gary on the job👍👍👍

Cody was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. He explained everything to us on what he was doing. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

The 2 guys came 2 hours sooner than I was quoted which was great because it would have been really late but I needed the problem that I had fixed asap regardless. They were both very professional and polite. They found the problem and resolved it quickly. Would recommend.

These guys were FANTASTIC!!! Professional and didn’t try to take me to the bank! Can’t thank them enough! We were in a bit of a desperate situation with a gas leak and we have a baby and a tenant.

They could have racked us over the coals, but we’re caring, kind and compassionate! Very professional and fair. And that’s why we always use Roto Rooter!
