I was an out of state buyer and everything was processed quickly. Was a bit hesitant at first when buying something I have never seen before in person, I was guided in the right direction by Edgar during the purchase. Their dealership carried a unique and limited model lexus. Definitely would use again in the future for car purchase.

I bought my son’s car from them and they made the process extremely easy. I was in and out. I purchased a Chrysler 300 and it was in mint condition. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making car buying manageable and enjoyable.

Found these gius on the internet. Really good deal on a Mercedes CLS 53 AMG with low miles. Gave my deposite and got financed immediately. Im in Texas and they are in Chicago. Made the deal on Friday and had to send in registration via UPS Saturday. Paper work got in on Tuesday. So much for next day not their fault. By Sunday had my car delivered for $125 dollars less than what they qouted. Would have liked my car sooner but not their fault and Ricky communicated very well through the whole process. While waiting for my car looked up their reviews and some were bad. Scared me a little in the process. I told Ricky what my concerns were. He responded immediately. I give these guys all the stars because they did such a good job and the car is AAA+. Thank you guys. They only sell higher end cars and that wasn't always the case. Got a screaming deal, low milage, and on awesome CLS 53 AMG.

Robert was really patient and helpful over the course of a couple of months - he genuinely wanted to (and did) help me narrow in on what car I wanted for a weekend toy. He’s a true car guy and is really kind and patient - the rest of the team were great as well.

I had some trouble getting attention after the sale to get the 2nd key, and was seemingly brushed off. Sure enough, a month later they found it and sent it to me which was much appreciated.

Excellent experience working with Ricky and the team to get our ideal Range Rover. Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve had; the process moved efficiently and they were very fair to deal with. Post-sale service has been solid as well.

I was shocked at the great experience buying a car at Chicago Auto Place. We called for an appointment to look at a Camero. When we arrived we were met at the door by our salesman Ron and the owner Rick. The car was washed, cleaned and detailed. The information and carfax given straight up. Test ride given. Traded in our car and drove home with the Camero. Great negotiators, they treated us fair, and we are very happy. Go and test the waters. We cannot say enough good about Chicago Auto Place!

I live 3 hours away from their location so it was not convenient to drive there and casually look at cars. I was not familiar with this dealership. I saw their listing for the car I was searching for online. I was a little hesitant about buying a car without seeing it in person and test driving it.
If you are skeptical or hesitant about purchasing a vehicle online or over the phone sight unseen , then LOOK NO FURTHER THAN Chicago Auto Place!!!! THIS IS A DEALERSHIP YOU CAN TRUST!!! The car I bought was exactly as described in the listing and the information given to me over the phone!
They gave me top dollar trade in value for my car! It was an extremely smooth, fast and easy process with the contract of sale paperwork all done online and over the phone!
Everyone on the team is super great to work with!!! It is worth the drive!

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars I’ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

Had a very pleasant experience buying a car from them. Edgar and George were very responsive to all my questions and made the entire process simple. We didn’t have to argue over unnecessary fees. They were ok with me using my own financing. Friendly people, nice cars.

Robert was great! Smooth transaction all the way around. They even helped arrange the transportation of the vehicle I purchased with a trustworthy shipping company they know and they were reasonably priced.

We just bought a car from CAP, and it was a very pleasant experience. Dealt with both Ricky and Robert, and they were both very helpful. They don’t accept personal checks, so Robert drove us to a bank branch to get a cashiers check. I will look there first when I get my next car.

Purchased a vehicle from Chicago Auto Place. Dealt with Robert throughout the process. Went multiple times for test drive , and each time Robert was there to make sure everything was ready for me. He and the whole staff were very warm and welcoming. The actual purchase process was handled professionally and expeditiously. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the staff. They treated our very fair 2020 BMW 240 purchase like we were billionaires spending a million dollars on a brand new car. AMAZING place. Amazing service. Amazing follow-up AFTER [yes you read that right "after"] the sale. Rick is so legit. REALLY this is the best car buying experience I have ever had out of the 25 cars I have purchased. Walking into this dealership was a little intimidating! Seeing all the Bentleys, Rolls Royces, and Maclarens. However, everyone I encountered was totally warm, inviting, and genuine. The cars are all top notch and they bent over backwards to make me feel at home and welcomed. They all work as a team but not to overwhelm or dupe you but to get you what you need. This is a must visit if you’re looking for a quality luxury car! Edgar, George, Joanna and Rheizelle ( to name a few) were all awesome!

Adam is one of the good ones at this place! he was friendly and welcoming. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable when looking into such a big purchase. He asked questions that made us really feel like our needs were really cared for. We did not feel that sense of intimidation you can feel going into buying a car with Adam. Great Experience!

Let me just start with Henry. If you go here and have the opportunity to shop with Henry its game over. Henry is the best and knows exactly what to do to keep all of his customers satisfied. Always very easy to come into contact with whenever you have questions about really anything. The whole process was mind blowing I had service like I was buying the Bentley in the showroom. Henry and all the guys were so welcoming and just really nice people. Got me a pretty nice deal on my car too so if you are looking for a car I definitely suggest you shop at Chicago Auto Place all of the people there are great and very easy to work with!

From start to finish I felt like I was treated like first class at a luxury auto dealer . No pressure no hassles . No matter how many questions I asked they were patient and thorough . Every car I looked at was in as good as new condition including the 2017 Porsche Macan I purchased . I cannot be happier with my choice or with Chicago Auto Place !
