McDonald's

This franchise is a good mix of quality, quick service, and a pleasant modern environment. Many workers are very helpful, during the right times the location is very relaxed and quiet, good for remote work. There are outlets at nearly every table. Restaurant stays clean.

It was yummy. It's too bad they did away with the chicken biscuits as well as the egg biscuit meal deals. Friendly folks as all get out! Yee-haw!

The best clean MacDonald's in the Urbana-Champaign area. The staff is also kind.

The McDonalds on Neil St and Kirby is by far the best in Champaign! Order correct, food hot, service great and friendly staff! Love the Halloween decorations today as well!

Fast friendly service. Stopped here while on the road for drinks had a great experience.

We ordered food to go. I got my food all cooked fresh and ordered a Double cheeseburger without pickle and it was wrong. We took it back in and the manager made it himself. He was very nice and friendly. The food was hot and good.

Clean store.

I had to go into the actual store to order as my recently bought vehicle drivers side window doesn't roll down.. I got in and stood at the counter for a out 4min with people just walking past me looking at me like I was crazy.. I then turned to leave assuming they were not going to serve me and realized that the kiosks we're open and I should have been ordering from there. So I did. And waited a few minutes and kaboom! My order came up. You really have to understand how these things work now or better yet: have a sign or something

Most of the kiosks were busy and when asked, the cashier graciously took my order. We were pressed for time so we appreciated this consideration.

Update: I might have not been in an understanding mind frame.... at that time. I completely understand short staff everywhere.. this team is quick and good This! Kudos.

This is the 2nd night in a row that the restaurant is open yet no service was provided because they were short staffed. But I definitely seen more than 2 people. It would be helpful if the 24 hours open sign would be turned off. Especially if your not providing any service to any of the customers. Seen two different cars pull up behind me and I was waiting at that drive-through for quite some time.

Drive thru. Grandkids was hungry.

Quick service, delicious food

Well I'm just going to say I hate coming to this McDonald's because they never take the time to get my order right and rude. However, today I just decided to stop and went through the drive up and this young lady by the name of Shay took my order. Not only did she greet me with a friendly demeanor, but she was really patient as I was all over the place with my order. Not once did she get smart or blow in frustration and my order was correct for the very first time. I am pleased to know that someone can do a job and know that every one is human.... She was WONDERFUL

I love this place, people here have a lot of patience with kids. Foods are fresher than the McDonalds at Green St.

This McDonald's was clean and had friendly, welcoming staff. Their was almost no wait and the staff was very quick in getting my order to me (mobile order).

I don't typically expect great service at McDonald's. Usually you order food and get it and leave. At this location though i went there and i made a mistake ordering through the app. The manager Johnna fixed it for me and really made me feel special and happy when she did so. I cannot say enough how that one personal interaction made all the difference. She seemed like it mattered to her. Furthermore, alk the other employees there seemed happy and were extremely helpful in a way that is not common for a fast food joint. Oh, and this was during their lunch rush on a weekday.

Workers seemed very friendly, the dining room was a bit dirty, but there’s definitely been staffing issues recently so I can understand that :)

Not a fan of McDonald’s generally, but this location is close to my house and I’ve been a few times. The service was very good and the food was freshly cooked. Pretty impressed for what I would expect!

my only complain is mcdo isn't cheap anymore. I paid almost $3 for a mcchicken. it used to be $1. but I still love mcdo. Mt go to fast food 😋

I know sometimes people aren't always friendly at McDonalds but there service is fast and neat, there have been a few times they either forgot my sauce or gave me the wrong drink but when going back to fix it they were always compliant and understanding.
