Apple self storage was the best choice we could have made! We needed a last minute storage and they helped us every step of the way. We rented a lock from them, and they helped us get the lock off when we lost the keys! They are so sweet and efficient and open about pricing. They remembered little details we spoke about from a year prior! Definitely couldn’t be happier and recommend using them!

We stored our 30ft Airstream here, and the facility has excellent security and is exceptionally maintained, and the customer service is superb. If you are looking for a place to store your RV, this is the place to check out.

Apple Storage is the place to go for your storage needs. Their pricing is very reasonable and the ease of checkout was GREAT! I felt like I was part the family there and was treated with the utmost care, respect and kindness. They were there to answer all of my questions and I would highly recommend! I wish I could give them 10 STARS!

If I still lived in Wauconda, I would use Apple for all of my storage needs!!! I just moved to Florida, and got a storage unit to hold some of our things while we were selling our house. Mike was very friendly when I rented the unit. There was an issue with an internet deal not going through, and it was promptly fixed. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the rates are great. After we sold our house, we turned moved our possessions back before our move, and turned in our key, and that was it. No further charges.

When we had sold our house and were scheduled to move, our movers did not show up before the closing, and we were scrambling to get our things someplace quickly. We got another storage unit here, and Mike was once again very friendly and easy to deal with. We rented the unit for a month, not having any luck getting a hold of our movers. When they finally showed up later on the day we were closing, we got our stuff out of the unit, and were given a discount for only using the unit for a few hours, because we were return customers and they understood our situation. I highly recommend Apple as both a storage facility and small business in general. They were friendly and helpful during a very stressful experience.

Easy-in and easy-out. No-hassle all the way around. 24 hour in and out is what I needed. Had my motor coach parked here over the summer while fixing up it's new home base. Michael is great, the whole experience was amazing!

We rented a space for our motorhome for 18 months. It’s exactly as we needed and we had a great experience. The 24 hour access was what we needed.

On a few occasions I needed some tools while working on my unit, and the staff there let me use whatever tools I needed. I had access to a water hose or electric if I needed, there are dumpsters on property also.

The only reason I moved out of there was because we sold our Winnebago.
