I have been out of my prescription meds for over a month and just recently tried the Jewel Pharmacy at the advice of my dr. After a week of no word, I called this morning and the pharmacist on duty (Young, Dark, Happy, Gentleman, I dont know his name!) was not only 100% empathetic to me, went out of his way to get my script filled the same day and came and talked to me when i picked it up. He was so kind and I also heard him hyping up and praising his staff for their hard work during busy peak. Just talking to him improved my day, let alone finally getting my meds. THANK YOU A MILLLION TIMES OVER.

I'm happy with the Jewel night teem the customer service team and cashiers the others they are always helpful friendly and courteous especially customer service you guys rock👍👍👍👍👍

I've been shopping here for 16 years and love it. Everyone is very friendly and remembers me. Yes, it's a small Jewel, but it's MY Jewel. I just wanted to give a specific shout-out to the Drive-Up & Go folks. The service really saves me time! Produce is always unblemished and the stuff I'd pick, not just whatever's on top. The shoppers go the extra mile to give me complete orders and the best subs. They 'are always early and greet me with a smile outside. Please keep this service going, it's maybe the only good thing to come out of the 'Rona!!

They now have pre-made dinners that are amazing and right by the front door and the guy that works at the meat counter is amazing always a pleasant experience. I drive 30 min just to go to this jewel because the people and the store is amazing

Love the bakery at this location. Everything is so fresh smelling and tasting. Staff is friendly and helpful. the other day I needed a rush order decorated cake. I had gone to another bakery and they could not accommodate. Wauconda Jewel was great, they were able to meet my rush order and the cake was delicious. Luv Wauconda Jewel Bakery!!!

Dan, a gentleman that was stocking shelves as I was looking for some items, was extremely friendly and helpful. He has a tenure with this good organization of 20 years and for me, it’s a pleasure to leave this review for Dan .

It is a very well kept older Jewel-Osco store. A lot of fresh and vegetables and fruit. And everything plates nice and neat kept clean. And a lot of varieties for just about any type of foods you're looking for and more unimaginable foods offered. Just have to go there for yourself you'll see the more than what I am trying to tell you . You will be very very happy anyone will . That's the upside the downside is, that it's a little pricey. So start with looking for the sales then make your budget adjustment to include other great items they have.

Very clean and organized store. Found everything I needed and easy to find.

I moved and the jewel out by me is terrible. Finally I decided to make the drive to wauconda jewel. Great produce and meal. People still very nice. I will continue to make the drive. I pay enough for food and I don't like having to throw it away in 3 days

The job is a challenge, but I liked going to work. Lots of physical work, which makes the time go by fast. I enjoyed the other co-workers. I like helping the customer find what their looking for. This store first priority is on the customers satisfaction. Sometimes it's hard to please everyone, but I could see how the managers try very hard. That's all positive, can't wait to go back to work there. I'm off for awhile I'm taking care of my mom. Look forward to see what the store looks like after the remodeling that is going on now.

We hosted our annual July 3 party and ordered 48 pieces of fried chicken, had a large order of deli meat ordered in advance and 6 loaves of french bread to make subs. Everything was delicious and order and pickup process was handled so well. Everyone at the party commented on the chicken and how delicious it was. Thank you to Chef's Kitchen and the bakery staff for taking care of us!

A good large home town grocery store. Recently updated. Excellent staff. Staffed or many self checkouts. The store was well stocked even during the worst part of the pandemic. Home delivered for a fee. You will pay more than Walmart but that is to be expected. Overall a good experience. Clean and offer wipes to treat the carts on the way in the door.

I know most of the folks who work at Jewel. It is very nice to go shopping and always see and talk with everyone. Friendly 😃 😊

Very strange. First time i've gone into the store in over a year now. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Supplies were ample. There were several "new" items that I don't recognize and wouldn't know how to use (guaya), but the world is changed ; isn't it?
I was surprised to see that the baggers were ALL gone. Those poor checkers were really pressed to run the register AND bag. She was very pleasant though, and appreciative that I was helping bag my groceries.
