From scheduling an appointment and getting a quote to the day of arrival through the cleaning process these guys were amazing. The techs on site were so friendly and customer oriented as well. My couch wasn't staind but had 5 years of dog friendliness on it. It looks amazing and smells amazing. Will be recommending them to everyone. It's dark grey again and not light gray from the doggy dirt! Thank you guys sincerely an extra happy client!!

KleenRite is awesome! I had a flood in June. I called two places. The first was a big name national chain. I was not impressed with their presentation and estimate.
Then I noticed KleenRite, who had previously done some carpet cleaning for me and I was quite satisfied with that, also did flood cleanup! So, I gave them a call. Damon, the owner was out that same day.
I had never made an insurance claim and didn't know what I was doing nor did I understand what I was dealing with because of the flood. Damon was very professional and was able to help me see what this insurance claim would be about. He advised what the level of my problem was and made suggestions how to go about handling this claim. His advise was from years of experience with flood problems.
Their team came out, removed the soaked carpeting and then brought dehumidifiers and industrial fans to help dry out my place.
I also hired them to tear out the rest of my damaged flooring, rent a POD for my furniture and they moved all my furniture into the Pod and back again to my home.
Their teams were easy to work with. Candy in their office is great to work with! She understands your problem and she makes sure you are getting the services you will need. The teams were thoughtful and careful with my furniture moving. Every request I would make of them was handled professionally and timely.
This flood and the aftermath was time consuming and stressful, but having a great company like KleenRite working with you took a lot of pressure of me and the whole situation.
I would highly recommend them as a company of quality workers and a company that aims to please and to successfully work with their clients. In the future, I would call on then again for any of my flooring and household needs.

KleenRite did an excellent job listening to my concerns about potential mold in my duct work. After a thorough inspection, they recommended a duct cleaning. They were able to schedule me for that quickly and did a wonderful job.

So far I've had two experiences with KleenRite. One, years ago and the second just last week. Joey and Damon cleaned my dryer vent, vents in the AC/heat areas and cleaned my carpeting. I neglected to see what they pulled out of the vents, but I saw the dryer fluff. It had been two years since I cleaned that vent. I was literally surprised what they pulled out.
This crew was so polite, treated me like a queen, and did all this work in one morning. I give them the "award" for the day. Great crew and great company. Thank you all!

Before moving into our newly purchased home we needed the HVAC ducts cleaned and the kitchen floor deep cleaned. Damon, the owner, came out personally to walk me through the estimate which was a nice touch. The crews he sent out were prompt, professional, careful, tidy, and most importantly, experts at cleaning! They were able to tease out a significant amount of dust and debris from the ducts. And the kitchen floors were literally transformed into a bright and shiny sheen, with all traces of dirt and grime removed. It was all we were hoping for and then some. I highly recommend them. KleenRite is professional and thorough. The individuals who visited my home for an estimate and then the cleaning were very kind, taking their time to answer my questions and help me feel comfortable with the process. On the day of the cleaning, the professional cleaners were on time, were kind, and efficient. I was able to work from home while they cleaned. Before they started, they asked me to show them trouble areas so they could especially work on those stains. Everything about the process was easy and well done. We will be using KleenRite annually for carpet cleaning. They also provided discounts making this annual service affordable.

This is the second time I’ve used KleenRite. From my initial phone call to schedule service, to their follow up call to see how everything went, KleenRite did it right! Emily who I talk to the most was very personable and kind. She even asked me how my family was recovering from the flu at the follow up call. We had a chance to talk about her family as well as mine, and it made the service just that much more personable. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism, price, and quality.

I was extremely happy with the results of my carpet cleaning and tile floors cleaning and sealing. The area rugs came out great. We did have several spots on carpet and rugs that were really bad and they look brand new again. Staff were great to work with and everything was complete as promised. I would recommend and will use again in the future when needed.

I have had the opportunity to call on KleenRite for varying services. They have cleaned my carpets (including a wine stain), cleaned tile grout in my bathroom and most recently cleaned my leather furniture. Each time the staff was courteous and efficient. And the results are great! I am happy with all these experiences and especially the furniture. I would highly recommend this business.

KleenRite made my whole house carpet cleaning easy. They removed the pet stains that I couldn't get out. They were professional from the first call to the follow up. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job cleaning our furniture. The guys were professional and respectful of our new carpet when cleaning the furniture. They laid down walking runners and had on boot covers to keep our new carpet clean. The office communication was great and the gentleman arrived on time and did excellent work. I will use them for any future cleaning needs.

I have had vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning done, and have been happy with the results of all three. Workmen were prompt, thorough, and very pleasant. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt strongly about this and wanted to leave a few notes. They were great!

I started out needing some very dirty tile floors cleaned in a large room and they did an exceptional job. They came out and tested a couple of spots so they could be sure they were equipped on the day they were to do the whole room. Not only did they show up on time, but I threw them a curve because of another mess that occurred in the past couple days and the owner Damon, actually came out on Sunday to examine the affected areas.
He quickly made a plan and assessed the scope of work and estimated cost, (which was very reasonable). Under the circumstances I needed it done immediately and he figured out how to do it. If you need something done professionally and efficiently you need to call Kleen Rite and you absolutely get what you pay for.

When our basement flooded due to a sewer backup, KleenRite was our first call. They came out quickly and began getting everything back together. They made our basement look, and smell, like brand new. We would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

The cleaning professionals could not have been more professional and courteous. KleenRite defines customer service! They came to my residence, gave me a fair estimate on cleaning 2 area rugs. They picked up the rugs, gave me an expectation on the time of completion, finished the rugs ahead of time and then delivered the rugs to the residence to which we moved. The rugs are as good as new. I really don’t know how I could have asked for more.
