My first visit to Dr. Hausermans office was very pleasant. I have a broken tooth needing extraction, the staff and nurses were fast, friendly, clean and professional. Dr Hauserman also very honest, efficient and professional. Fastest X-ray ever, fastest assessment and expert recommendations!

I have been going to Dr. Alan Haussermann for almost 40 years and can’t say enough great things about the quality of his work! He is very good about letting the patient know what is going on during any procedure and had a very pleasant bedside manner! I highly recommend Dr Haussermann!

I went to see Dr. Haussermann for a small chip in a tooth because I couldn't make it to my normal dentist. The experience was terrible and traumatizing. He refused to do xrays unless I made an additional appointment for a cleaning, but more importantly is he filed not just the tooth that I came in for but ANOTHER tooth that we didn't even talk about and wasn't giving me any trouble. And this was done without my consent. I thought he was just going to look at it and then talk to me about options and ask what I wanted to do. Instead he filed down the chip when I never wanted that and filed down another tooth that was fine without consent. As a result, the additional tooth that had been fine has now been causing me lots of pain and there's swelling at the gum line. I can't imagine what would cause a medical professional to do additional work without a patient's consent. This was exactly the opposite of "first do no harm". It truly is appalling and I will actively tell people to avoid him. You're better off driving or flying for hours to see a better dentist elsewhere.
