Keeley's Plumbing came through in a pinch and installed a new sump pump in my home on short notice. Their service was prompt, professional, and efficient. The pump has been working perfectly since installation, and I'm grateful for their reliable service. Highly recommend Keeley's Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I had a blocked sewer and worried thinking worst case scenario. I read Keeley's reviews and hoped for the best. I have not had anyone work in my home I would recommend. The low quality, unprofessionalism and cost cutting from most service providers is disappointing and disheartening. I am relieved and grateful I had a quality, professional experience. The sewer was unblocked, the problem resolved and the cost was what was explained, no surprises. I highly recommend Keeley's. THANK YOU!

Was referred to them by my normal plumber. It was a simple leak in the basement, but it stopped me from using most everything upstairs. Kyle and Steve arrived early and were professional and personable. They were helpful with a number of unrelated questions I had with other areas and seemed to really want to help answer any of my concerns. They did very thorough testing after. Overall, they were able to schedule me fast and did the job quickly and professionally (including removing a door putting it back after!).

Also it is nice they were flat rate. All cost was above board and known before the work was started. And they accepted credit cards without a surcharge. No surprises!

Excellent experience! Willing to schedule immediately, communicated they were on their way, arrived on time, fully disclosed pricing after evaluating, but before starting work. Worked quickly and efficiently. Best part... they were really great guys!!! Will most definitely only call Keeley's from now on!!!

This is second time using Keeley's plumbing. I highly recommend. Kyle and his helper were both very nice and personable. Knowledgeable with options but not pushy. Called before , showed up on time. Install of sump pump backup went quickly. Everything is working great.

I had Kyle and Steve come by initially to do an estimate on a bathroom remodel in order to fix pressure in our shower. While they were here they answered all of my (many) questions and we decided on a course of action. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they were able to do the job quickly and at an affordable rate. Great service, prompt. I live in Lombard and was looking for someone local. I had a clogged sink, non-emergency. I was able to txt their number and even though it was earlier in the morning outside their working hours, I got a response back with a window when someone could come, and would call prior to arriving. Kyle called and was running early. Listened to description of issue, took time to explain what he suspected was the cause and cost to remedy. Final cost was slightly under estimate. I will use them again.

Kyle came out and diagnosed the issue quick and explained it to me thoroughly. He was very straightforward and honest will use Keeley’s for my future needs!

Very thorough, didn't have to wait hours, they showed up exactly when it was scheduled. Discussed various options for fixing and checking some recurring issues. Cleaned up everything after. My health is pretty bad (and I also recently injured my neck and shoulder) and I hadn't moved things out of way to the access in the basement, but I didn't even have to explain that, they worked with much less space than the previous plumbers had asked for.

Keeley's was great! Steve was extremely professional and helped us address multiple problems with some of our sinks and showers. The toilet install was seamless.

The crew did a great job fixing an outside spigot. They fixed the pipe and gave great advise on how to keep the problem from happening again. Highly recommend

Our pipes froze in our first house this winter before we even moved in. It was a very scary experience! We had a different member of keeley’s plumbing once sometimes twice a week to help figure out where the water was coming from and how to fix it. Each time they came to fix something they fixed what was necessary and didn’t do anything extra that would cost me more. It’s a very honest company, cost was transparent from the beginning. The numbers didn’t fluctuate either, they have the cost in a book so it’s always the same! They fixed everything, and no pipes were broken 🙏 it could have been a really really expensive situation. But we got so lucky. These will forever be our go to plumbers

Good communication on arrival and scheduling. He found 2 other leaks while he was here and was able to fix it. He worked with me on the price. It seems like he did a thorough job and nice to work with.
